An OK hotel for a night either waiting for an early morning flight or in transit. The half-houly shuttle was good (top and bottom of the hour) and breakfast was good. The pillows in the room were way too large and the bed was a bit saggy.

Customer service was pretty rude and dismissive and this is coming from a super chill kinda customer.
Room is clean and modern but basic. No water bottles supplied - definitely should be at the price the hotel charges.
Location great with transfer to airport but you must give 24hrs notice or they refuse to collect you.
Breakfast is 5/10. Not terrible but limited in selection and not very good quality.
Wifi was also poor.
Gym is dire.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

Had a nice stay here. Safe, clean and comfortable hotel. Breakfast was delicious !! However they should provide hair dryers as this was not available during my stay.

Great location close to the airport, there is free transportation from and to the airport and also to some close shopping malls. The service is very good

Hotel gave me an unclean room! The beds were not set, the used towels and cap from previous guests were on the room! So incredible!
Once I complained I was changed for another room the farthest from the elevator! Hotel said because I arrived late, 11am, then not closer rooms! If you arrive earlier you tent to have more energy than those who check in late night therefore makes more sense to keep the closer rooms for those who arrive late... Make sense?
The water for washing hands never worked, after washing, with 10C in city I felt freezing!
Honestly, considering I traveled almost every 2 weeks for years, it's the worst place I've ever stayed.
