Comfortable hotel, very good breakfast, good location, good service.

I booked this hotel room for one night for four people; we had a very early flight out of Bogota. After check in and given only 1 room key, we went to the room, there was only one big bed in the room for two people. I went back downstairs to clarify my reservation was for four people. The attendance explain to me that the room is for two people to sleep but the maximum occupancy of room is 4. Huh??? We went back and forth on google translator for 15minutes as her explanation didn't make any sense to me. She confirmed she had my reservation for four people, but the room can only sleep 2! I felt like I am wasting my time arguing. Rather rest somehow before our long journey back home. I asked for extra sheets and bedding for the couch. They brought it, but no pillow. Said there are assigned number pillows per room and can't give anymore! Wifi - so slow. I gave up and ended up using my phone service instead. Noise - our room was right above the restaurant on the 2nd floor. The music was as if the speakers were in our room.

Room 202 has a loud mechanical whirring/clicking noise and a less loud fan noise on its external wall. I asked reception for a change of room and they were unhelpful saying ‘it’s the restaurant’ and no other room was available. Nothing can be done. This bedroom noise must be there everyday and disrupt their guests sleep every night.

More than one month and a half before traveling I requested the hotel if they had gluten-free products for breakfast. They bluntly answered NO, we don’t offer gluten-free products for breakfast. I insisted, pointing out that I was giving them enough time to make arrangements, to no avail. The response was they outsource catering service s for breakfast and those contractors do not offer gluten-free products. What an unacceptable way of dealing with a customer’s request!

Las mejores habitaciones son las que tienen vista al parque y con el alojamiento tienes desayuno en el restaurante Toscana del primer piso con un espacio cálido dentro del hotel o Justo en el parque, cualquiera de las opciones combinan muy bien con el menú que te ofrecen.
