The panoramic view is nice. The gym is spacious and rhe sauna is good too with a relaxing area. The location is in the safe area. Highly recommended

- Really good location in Chapinero. Close to Zona T, Transmilenio and Parque de los Hippies.
- A huge breakfast buffet from 6 AM to 10 AM that was refilled until 10 AM.
- Gym and spa area with sauna and steam room (haven't tried the spa area but it looked clean).
- The staff was very helpful.
- I would stay here again the next time.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are average, not very new, but ok to stay in.
Restaurant: The restaurant downstairs is not satisfactory, the menu is not very good, and it is not very delicious. The fried rice for breakfast is ok

The location is bad. It is not in the city center. It is not close to any tourist attractions. There are a few night clubs nearby.
The hotel room was clean but a bit old and shabby.
There are no restaurants, shopping malls or public transportation nearby.
The hotel has no air conditioning, no drinking water, a small bathroom, no shuttle bus, and no electricity in the sockets.
The TV didn't seem to have internet, the water pressure in the room was great, the bed sheets were clean and comfortable.

This is my second time staying here. The price/performance ratio is good and the location is convenient. The surrounding facilities are pretty good, and there is a university opposite. There are many choices for breakfast. The floor cleaning was a bit perfunctory and not very clean. The service was a bit behind. I booked a packed breakfast in advance, but when I left the next morning, nothing was prepared. I remember the same thing happened last time I checked in. I think the service and credibility are not good.
