Very bad experience. There was a long hair when the sheets were lifted. It seemed that the sheets were not changed after the previous guest left. The room was small and the room price was not proportional to the environmental services. It is not worth recommending.

GREAT LOCATION has NOVOTEL Parque 93. This is my first time here. For what I paid ($66.00 USD per night) and for the 2 nights whats PERFECT but the hotel doesn't offer anything else than the stay.....the room. It's time for the management and maintenance staff to fix, change or replace a couple of things in the rooms. Besides that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Another thing the checkin and the checkout were EASY & FAST. Very GOOD customer service there.
