I stayed at this hotel, and in one night, I got disturbed by the couple living next to my room, because they were playing music and laughing loudly. I called the front desk several times, but the front desk did nothing, even the overnight manager lied that the secure department went up and talked to the guests, but I was standing at the door, nobody was there. Eventually, the overnight manager asked me to change to a smaller room and offered compensation. The next day I went to the front desk, the staff said that no compensation will be provided, since I closed the door at the front of the overnight manager, and she said this was rude. And the front desk continuously complained how rude I was only because I closed my door at the front of the manager, without saying neither bad words nor f words. The people who actually did things wrong, they could still enjoy their room service the next morning, without any complaints from the front desk. The staff from the front desk she said that she only believes the manager, because they were professional, which means that they don't trust their customers and thinking they are professional. I asked her, did you check the video, she said no. Then at the time you don't have proof, how can you judge your customer, who actually paid for the service? As a Asian ethnicity, I was treating unfairly and continuously got slandered by the staff. If you are not local people, please really consider if you want to stay at one hotel full of racism.
