The apartment is in a great condition, very welcoming and lovely place. There is a laundromat on level 2 but you will need to get key from security.
Now - this apartment does not have air conditioning and very noisy at night (i stayed Friday and Saturday) due to night clubs and bars right opposite.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp.
The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed.
The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Regular place, I would rather stay for a hotel next visit, you can hear all noises next door rooms and clubs around at night are open until late at night, noisy. Location is good

The experience was VERY BAD. This is NOT A HOTEL although they sell and send messages like "your hotel reservation". Room was not ready when we got there and they charged a cleaning fee in cash to get it ready. I had to move out before expected because they are not a hotel and I was traveling for medical reasons and needed hotel services. They denied help and refused to have ******* refund my stay even when they rented the room to somebody else the same moment I left. They took advantage of my situation (my husband had heart surgery) and found a way to get double income for the room.
