The did not refund my money because it was not possible to fly from Brasilien to Columbia due to some issues. Stay away from this place!!

Hotel has shuttle from to airport and rooftop with working space.

Check it and check out service are fast.
The breakfast is relatively simple.
Near the air port and free shuttle bus is available.
Some people smokes at the balcony which kind of annoying to the people sitting inside.

The hotel has an airport shuttle service that leaves every 40 minutes, but you have to let the front desk know anyway. The facilities are very nice and clean, the location is excellent, in front of the Modelia station, and there is also an Oxxo next door. The price was good, the breakfast was good and varied. What I didn't like was that after I arrived, they charged me a surprise tax, in addition to the hotel night of approximately $16, and they didn't explain what it was for and they didn't give me an invoice either. I suggest explaining it in large letters in the purchase conditions.

The staff is not very friendly. The location is good but it is on the opposite side. You have to go around in circles. There is no entrance to the hotel because it is a pedestrian area and the neighbors are not pleasant.

El servicio al cliente de este hotel pésimo! Cero atentos con el cliente, cero colaborativos, no los recomiendo. Pedimos el favor de que nos esperaran 5 minutos para poder tomar la van que nos iba a llevar al hotel y nunca nos esperaron.
