I would not book this hotel, no water after staff said water was going to be restored 4 hours ago. No parking for SUV, just tiny cars; the halls in my floor were very dirty; reception lady was not attentive; spend extra bucks and stay in the Hyatt

I had a great time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was big and spacious and the bed very comfy. Breakfast was ok, they should have more options and variety. Its well located in the center of all. Neighborhood looks safe, had any problem. 100% Recommended.

The hotel and the decoration were nice, the bad thing was a rat walking through the curtains of the room, terrible breakfast, broken pipes in the restaurant and the dining room stank of rot, I don't recommend it...

The hotel is very well located if you are going to events in Ágora or corferias, the room is spacious and well equipped. However, it does not have kitchen utensils as it says in the description, the cleaning is very average, they only make the bed but they do not change the sheets or towels (My stay was 4 nights). Breakfast is rich, there are not many options, but it is fair.

La peor experiencia, el trato del personal es malo, no te tratan bien, además llevo pidiendo una plancha por un día, para poder planchar mi ropa y poder ir a trabajar pero no han podido prestarla ya que solo tienen una para todo el hotel, no lo recomiendo para nada, una mala experiencia, además el desayuno es malo.
