Most ideal location. Surrounded by cafes, restaurants of many types of cuisines, even warungs and a small Indomaret, and all that within walking distance. Room was great however my biggest gripe was seeing a tiny cockroach on the bedhead. Please do get that checked out. Personally for me, the best part of the stay was not only the strategic location, but also the shower. The shower current was strong, and the hot water was very much comforting. Could’ve spent hours in that shower if I didn’t have to rush hahaha. Needed that staycation away to clear my head and this was a good place to go, especially if you don’t have your own transport to go get food. Sorry for the lack of pictures. I was hardly on my phone and only had videos of my room. Though my room looks exactly like the photographed Deluxe Queen Room on here so I can say that the pictures do match. Overall, great stay and would come back.

Stay at Bigland Sentul for wedding party, everything was perfect. We even got upgraded room to family rooms! The room is clean, the breakfast buffet is great and Mr Aji was so helpful during our stay. Of course I'll comeback anytime soon! Thanks for your service!

Really great hotel to spend the weekend. I'll start off with the positive review: 1. Very good ambience, the location is a bit out of town but once you reach the place, you'll understand why it's there 2. Good for family, there are various facility and activity for kids such as mini outbound and kids club 3. Various breakfast menu, some of them are made to order such as porridge, noodles, and fried rice 4. Room is quite soundproof, thanks to thick glass to the balcony, I can't hear any noise from building construction next door 5. Service is top notch, it's 5-star hotel so it's expected My only complaint is the location, but overall I'd recommend this place for weekend or staycation with family.

We booked last minute and liked the look of the hotel and rooms as they were heritage style. The price of the deluxe room with breakfast was great value too. in reality the Hotel was even better than we imagined in a very nice building surrounded by excellent stylish restaurants only a stones throw away from the centre of Bogor but a lovely quiet area. Rooms and breakfast were great and the staff were excellent. We would love to stay there again.

The staff is very nice and helpful, there is no vaccine checks during this pandemic so it makes a little anxious. Close to many tourist attraction. overall Alana is decent for short staycation. The minus point about their breakfast, it seems they don't ready for lot of customer. Even I have to back again until 3-4 times to check the availability of the food I want. The staff promise to leave it for me but when I back to get it, the staff make too many excuse. It just like im begging for the food eventhough i pay for the food. I will back to stay here but I wont pay for breakfast anymore

( - ) * The hotel elevator sounds like a scratch, the other lift can't be used, maybe there's a maintenance. * The fridge is not cold * In the rich WC position there are cigarette bekass, making me who don't like cigarettes, it's annoying. * No one scratches the door, while holding the child is a bit tight, about the heavy glass door. Overall nice to stay here,,

Went to Swiss-belhotel Bogor for 2 days of meeting and stay 1 night. The location itself is great, close to cafe and resto, to toll road and easy to find. it's not a big hotel but it accommodates our needs. The meeting room and the hotel room are clean, the staffs are fast respond, Mba Lena and Mba Meriam were very helpful for extra guests we had, for any sudden request or at any trouble. From what I see is most of staffs are women to handle meeting rooms but cannot ignore men staff's capability, they are helpful and fast too ;-)

The place is dense, so it's a bit difficult to see for those who visit for the first time. The service is not greedy, the facilities are not very good, there is no cabinet and refrigerator. The toiletries such as shampoo soap are not available. especially conditioner. There is only tooth sensitivity And a pencil in a tissue, right. yg lain'y lumayan standar yaa. thanks.. 🙏

Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. Thank you Whiz Prime Bogor Padjajaran!
