It's an old hotel that is well maintained, but if you're in a bad place, it's better to choose an expensive room so it's comfortable and not scary. The AC in the poorly maintained room is yellow and the cold is not pleasant, it's like dusty. The AC also leaks when it is turned on, dripping water. The hotel staff is friendly and kind, our service and complaints are listened to. The advantage of this hotel is that it is cheap for a 4 star rating. The swimming pool is clean, the playground is scary. The restaurant is quite ok, the menu prices are still expensive with the taste just being standard. Breakfast is not a buffet, because the requirement is that there is a buffet, there is a minimum of 30 pax who order breakfast. If no one orders, breakfast is usually delivered to the room. You can also ask to have it served at the restaurant, but the menu isn't very diverse. There is a salon and spa too, and there is a fitness center with decent equipment, but the AC is dead in the fitness area.
