Why a 2 rating and not 1? This hotel does have some pluses, from the big pool, to the alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and most of the staff who work very hard and long hours... but you can't ignore the numerous negatives. Our room was never fully clean the whole time we were here. Complained day 1, 2 and 3, and after 3 cleans we just gave up (see photo). The balcony wasn't touched once in 2 weeks, the 2 dead mosquito's were on the shower wall the whole 2 weeks, the wall light was loose and dangerous, etc.. Housekeeping also ignored cleanliness with either towels provided with holes or with bad staining. On one occasion I asked for the dirty new towels left (see photo) to be changed at 8pm and at midnight it had still not been done, so I ended up having a slanging match with reception in order to get clean towels for a shower in the morning. We are both vegetarians and although we were ok at breakfast and lunch, the options in the buffet restaurant at dinner were limited and almost always the same. I go on holiday to try and relax, and I just couldn't here due to having to constantly complain, so we won't be coming back. To be fair to the TUI Blue brand, we stayed at the Grand Azur in Marmaris and it was excellent, so not sure why here can't be anywhere near to the same standard?
