It was a very nice experience. The aqua park section is very nice and sufficient. Ms. Olga is a perfect host in guest relations. I definitely recommend it as an all-inclusive hotel. It is also clean and has a nice atmosphere. I would not normally repeat the hotel, I would like to be different, but I am thinking of going to this hotel again. The hotel had everything.

Nice standard hotel looks impressive on arrival check in smooth friendly staff decent drinks The Buffet was very chaotic not a relaxing experience for us food barely warm found the food much better in the snack bar areas especially the one near the Water slides and the staff there were really helpful Speciality restaurants closed The grounds are fabulous well maintained pool areas good no shortage of sun loungers overall a good experience shops nearby for anyone looking to buy things

Current staying here at the moment. Very impressed with this hotel. The layout goes from one end along a long corridor ***** from the Aqua Park to the beach. Swimming pool midway which is huge. Main restaurant food I find to be a good variety. I enjoyed all the meal times and was impressed with the variety. Housekeeping is excellent for cleaning standards. Not so keen on the spa guy who is pushy to get you to buy massages when you've had your free 15 minutes, got annoyed when didn't buy a massage. Entertainment team are fantastic and bar staff near main pool are attentive and provide snacks. Did notice bullying between waiting staff of different nationalities in restaurants.

This is our third visit to this remarkable hotel.. and will be back later this year.... the staff go above and beyond whenever there's a problem.. and in 3 visits once .. and was sorted within an hour.. the food I give 7/10.. drinks 10/10.. staff across all departments 10/10.. and as for the aqua parks... WOW.. outstanding... the entertainment is some if the best we've seen in Turkey.. the shops in the complex are very reasonably priced too.. and outside the hotel are nice clothing shops too... all in all 10 out of 10... A massive thankyou to everyone involved with the running of this outstanding hotel... see you in September.... oh and not forgetting the Irish Bar which we frequent EVERY NIGHT for a nightcap...

Hotel was very beautiful ,very professional staff,aqua parks & pools,also bars & animation team was very active very comfortable & beautiful beach special thanks to guests relation miss nasim she is so helpful & makes our vacation more incredible & engoying

This was our third time to Turkey so have something to compare with. Hotel was fine but not great. Rooms were clean, mini bar filled up each day, the entertainment was very good at nights. Staff was nice and helpful, waterslides were great. Food was okay but very boring, often cold even at the main restaurant, very little changes over the days. Basically ate the same things all 7 days there. Was expecting more variety of foods. Alcohol is very poor, limited choice and the coctails mostly were awful, could not enjoy them.
