I'm going to provide a review from an average Brit.. This is a great hotel for families. You can still get sun beds at 8am. Beer is plentiful from a number of bars. Chips are served at breakfast, lunch and evening dinner. I've not met any guests here who were unfriendly, and all the staff are really great, whether they be waiters , bar staff or entertainers. I've let them know that the late evening music can be a bit repetitive, but at least they offer some decent party music from 10pm onwards, with various themes to make everything more interesting. The kids pool is separate from the main, with decent facilities for younger ones. There is also plenty of food for under 10s who just want to eat plates of 'beige'. The gym here is a little small, but there is tons of meat you can eat in the buffet after, for that post workout meal. The salad offering here is incredible. So much fresh veg. Us Brits need to eat more like this! It's been a great holiday all in all, and I'm pleased that I chose this hotel.

I am currently here now. This is not a 5star hotel!! The rooms aren’t clean, there is paint peeling off the headboard, our 3rd bed is a fold up bed with a thin mattress and is very springy. Coffee nog replaced in the room And neither is the mini bar. Coffee cup in room is chipped with a big crack down it. The food is mediocre at best. Meat is really dry like it’s been cooking for hours. We tried the Italian Al a carte and the lasagne was just pasta sheets with a weird paste, no meat, tomatoes or cheese. Sea bass tasteless came with a tiny bit of cold mash and one carrot. I was served my main and the waiter didn’t take my plate from my starter so had to leave it on the fence. I ordered room service which never arrived. Half the staff are rude. A couple of plus’ are the drinks are good bar staff work hard. Pools are nice and ice cream at the patisserie is lovely. Overall I would say I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for 5 star. No where near worth the amount of money I paid for this holiday.

Very family friendly hotel 😃😃 We have enjoyed the time with our kids. They had fun and the staff is very friendly and service oriented! Everyday is a good animation program. The hotel is not too big, so the kids can walk alone in the hotel. 👍👍👍👍👍

Wonderful hotel, great staff especially Firat. Very entertaining games where there was great fun had by all, especially during the darts game. Food lovely and plenty of bars. Lots of pools and plenty of sun beds. Water slides were a great addition for children's pool

The hotel is very nice on the beach, the food is really good, huge variety of food! The mini club is managed by a group of well trained girls. You can leave your kids with them: they are in good hands! The swimming pools are equipped with slides and there is one for kids.

Everything is ok. Family club is super. Food is excelent. Room is beautifull. Kids are very excited. We love everything. We like pools, mini club games, dances, shows. There are many diferrent activites for Child and parents. We really enjoy.

Good hotel with lovely staff..also suitable for those who have children.. the water slides are exciting… it has variable programs .. drinks are excellent… foods are good.. delicious desserts … Just a bad smell in outdoor after about 8 oclock , that I don’t know what it’s for ..
