Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic! We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations. Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality. Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow. The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high. Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours! Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent: 1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun. 2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings. In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

We have come for 10 days , we are really enjoying ourselves and the staff are amazing , they can’t do enough for you ! I would def rate it 5 star, cocktails are amazing and intertainment is awesome ! I’ll be doing the karaoke tonight with isa! Really can’t say anything negative as everything in the hotel is great and beach is 200 metres beside the hotel, only one little thing is that the hotel is out of the way but that’s it !

Lovely hotel. Clean well presented. Clean pools. Food is a little repetitive and didn't see one burger while there so not sure where the burger photos came from. The pier on the beach is no longer. Apart from those points every thing was amazing. If you are.looking to stay in the hotel and eat great, as not much in the way of resturants outside. To get anything good you need to travel around 15 minites.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown (L). 02. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

Hotel is fantastic great facilities, staff are fantastic with kids and entertainment is amazing there is something on every night. Food is very fresh in the main restaurant. Belek town centre is just a 10 minute taxi away. Also very clean here, housekeeping visits every morning with fresh towels and bed sheets. Nothing is too much hassle for the staff.

In summary, good value for money, friendly staff, entertainment great, food mediocre, more focussed to Russian & German guests Rooms were ok, comfortable, pillows poor Gym suffered from out of order equipment Buffet restaurant was almost the same every day, so became really mundane A’la Carte options were underwhelming Snack offers were very good as were the drinks options The highlight was the nightly entertainment which was excellent Staff were friendly although quite a few couldn’t speak English Cleanliness was excellent Not 5*, more a 4* for me
