It was fine, Good Food and various meniu every day, Enterteimt it was Good, The Room was big and beautiful, Hotel is big nice and clean. The music from the pool not sow great, Some of the personal house keeping they ask you for 5 euro tips.

The Elite swim up room was amazing with the bed and pillows so comfy got an amazing sleep. Plenty of choice of food from numerous restaurants throughout the hotel. The lovely lady Nigara at guest relations was very helpful and gave great advice on any of our requests. Also the bar staff where very pleasant and went the extra mile To be fair all the staff where amazing from the cleaners and all staff that worked there

For the past 3 years, my family and I have been exploring different hotels in Turkey, and this year we chose to stay here for a week with a large group of friends (18 of us in total). While we had a fun trip thanks to the amazing company, I have to say we were disappointed by the hotel itself. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. But unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. It felt like there simply weren’t enough staff to cover everything—bartenders were also waiters, the kids’ club staff doubled as entertainment for adults, and fitness trainers were helping with equipment rentals etc. Everyone seemed stretched thin, and sadly, that showed in their lack of enthusiasm and attention to guests. Communication was also a challenge, as very few staff spoke English, making it difficult to ask questions or get help. We’ve come to expect excellent service in Turkey, so this was a real letdown. As for the food, it was repetitive and a bit bland, with a limited selection that didn’t really change throughout the week. All in all, we made the best of it thanks to being with good friends, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for great service, variety, or a truly memorable experience.

We spent a wonderful week at Belek Beach Resort Hotel with our family and had a fantastic time. The food was excellent, especially the Asian section which was a highlight. The massages at the spa were amazing and truly relaxing. Staff were always helpful and very polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

This hotel gave an unforgettable experience, despite the high humidity and temps up to nearly 50 degrees, the hotel was filled with air con, and it had plenty of entertainment and shops ! The restaurants always had something to offer if picky eater, the Starbucks was a little busy at times but the cue went fast and the prices for shops weren’t expensive. I can’t forget the incredible cleaners who always made a great art display with the towels and made our room look immaculate. I for one was never bored at this hotel and I can’t wait for my next visit (not in the middle of summer again). The hotel staff were amazing they were polite and understood English, the night time entertainment was amazing my little sister loved it. From warm and clear seas to relaxing and having no stress, this hotel is the one to sooth your worries Coming back soon !!

Peaceful, lush green, right on the seafront, where you can eat quality food at any time of the day, with comfortable and insulated rooms, a large pool, a slide, a spa, a concert venue... a wonderful hotel that offers an unforgettable holiday opportunity..

I am currently staying at this hotel and everything is perfectly arranged. The staff is very friendly (halil İbrahim)the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Highly recommended!
