For the past 3 years, my family and I have been exploring different hotels in Turkey, and this year we chose to stay here for a week with a large group of friends (18 of us in total). While we had a fun trip thanks to the amazing company, I have to say we were disappointed by the hotel itself. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. But unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. It felt like there simply weren’t enough staff to cover everything—bartenders were also waiters, the kids’ club staff doubled as entertainment for adults, and fitness trainers were helping with equipment rentals etc. Everyone seemed stretched thin, and sadly, that showed in their lack of enthusiasm and attention to guests. Communication was also a challenge, as very few staff spoke English, making it difficult to ask questions or get help. We’ve come to expect excellent service in Turkey, so this was a real letdown. As for the food, it was repetitive and a bit bland, with a limited selection that didn’t really change throughout the week. All in all, we made the best of it thanks to being with good friends, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for great service, variety, or a truly memorable experience.

We spent a wonderful week at Belek Beach Resort Hotel with our family and had a fantastic time. The food was excellent, especially the Asian section which was a highlight. The massages at the spa were amazing and truly relaxing. Staff were always helpful and very polite, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. There were plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Highly recommended for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway!

This hotel gave an unforgettable experience, despite the high humidity and temps up to nearly 50 degrees, the hotel was filled with air con, and it had plenty of entertainment and shops ! The restaurants always had something to offer if picky eater, the Starbucks was a little busy at times but the cue went fast and the prices for shops weren’t expensive. I can’t forget the incredible cleaners who always made a great art display with the towels and made our room look immaculate. I for one was never bored at this hotel and I can’t wait for my next visit (not in the middle of summer again). The hotel staff were amazing they were polite and understood English, the night time entertainment was amazing my little sister loved it. From warm and clear seas to relaxing and having no stress, this hotel is the one to sooth your worries Coming back soon !!

Peaceful, lush green, right on the seafront, where you can eat quality food at any time of the day, with comfortable and insulated rooms, a large pool, a slide, a spa, a concert venue... a wonderful hotel that offers an unforgettable holiday opportunity..

We were there for a week and stayed in the Elite side, we didn’t find any negative points, All of the staff were very kind, caring and respectful. - Food was amazing, there were lots of choices - Entertainment was great, very lovely and had a very hardworking team. - Cleaning staff were amazing and the rooms were cleaned every day. - Bar staff were around to take your order and serve you with smile and respect. - Cafes and pastry were amazing with caring staff. - Overall, we all enjoyed it and it was an amazing experience. Thanks to management for all the hard work We will definitely come back

Booked this hotel last minute for husbands birthday. It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Reception was very friendly and accommodating. The staff were AMAZING! They have food and drink available 24/7 and also have the best entertainment for children and so many play areas. They have grill area where they do steak and grilled chicken and lots of other food everyday. This was all inclusive. They have 4 big pool areas and also have little pools for kids. They also have a sauna and steam room and Hammam which is free. They also have access for disabled people. This hotel was amazing and I would defo come back. If you walk outside the hotel there are so many shopping areas literally a 2 mins walk! Dont listen to any bad reviews because honestly this hotel is the best! Also very very clean. Staff: 100000/10 Food: 9/10 Service: 10000/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Facilities: 10/10

Fantastic hotel, service was amazing. Had one family member who was gluten intolerant and there was plenty of food to cater to his needs. Children’s entertainment was top tier, never running out of things to do. Rooms was beautiful and clean. Had two party members who had birthdays. Hotel staff made their day special by supplying happy birthday banners on hotel room doors.

3rd visit to this beautiful hotel, the grounds and hotel are immaculately clean, staff and entertainment crew amazing at their jobs and very friendly, food was also good with so much choice. We stayed on the elite side which is a lot quieter, but I do not agree with people getting up very early to put a towel on a sun lounger for them not to return for a few hours, we only managed once to get a sun lounger on the elite side, think this needs addressing, apart from that hotel is amazing.
