Belek Beach Resort Hotel

Belek Beach Resort is a very nice hotel, we stayed on Elite side, which is modern and posh, very nice rooms with big balconies, we had a beautiful pool view. Very nice pool area, with beautiful sun loungers, quiet area, we had pool sports every day as well as pilates. Food - we loved grilled food, we were not fussy, and every one of us found what to eat, freshly grolled meat, fresh salads, and beef stew. Absolutely yes to Elite side lunch reqtaurant. We enjoyed everything from the menu. Suayip is the best guy who brings food, always happy and smiling. Night shows it is oK. Few were really nice ones. Guest relations Anna and Yasmin very nice girls, very helpful and always smiling, always answer the questions and if we needed anything it was sorted out stright away. We loved every minute here. Very very nice coctails, and Oszka and Ali the vest barmens.

My wife and I have just returned from a 2 week stay in the Elite Section (Belek Beach 2) of the Belek Beach Resort. The hotel was superb, particularly the cleanliness within the resort and especially the friendliness of the staff. We especially liked that the two parts of the hotel distinctly catered for Adults Only with the other for families and children with separate accommodation and dining areas. The resort itself is large with an array of activities both sporting and entertainment ranging from an Aqua park, volleyball, kids play area and entertainment amphitheatre to a large beach front pier including cabanas and watersports. We especially liked our Adult only pool area which was both calm and clean. We'd like to make special mention of the following who went out of their way to ensure that our stay was memorable. Sergi who serviced our room was a lovely, always smiling presence who left our room immaculate and occasionally surprised us with her "Towel Artwork" Feyzullah, who helped clean and maintain the Elite Pool area, radiated friendliness as did the lovely Adinai in the restaurant who always had our drinks on the table before we arrived with our food. The customer relations staff especially Yasmin, Allia and Anna were enthusiastic and fantastic in clarifying any queries we might have had. The effervescent and bubbly Kholu who persuaded us both to participate in both the Pilates and Aqua Aerobics. The Chefs in the restaurant who did a fabulous job in presenting a very appetising array of food. Note to the Hotel management - reward these folks well they are your most valuable asset! The only downside is the lack of much to do outside of the Hotel itself. There are a couple of small Bazaars outside the front of the Hotel. There is definitely a commercial opportunity there for a proper shopping complex given the thousands of tourists residing within the 5 large hotels within the area. We took a bus ( 3 Euro) to visit the spectacular Land of Legends shopping complex which is well worth visiting. The other issue was the transfer time from Antalya to the Hotel. We used the jet2 transfer which we had to wait 2 hours on after landing ( waiting on other planes arriving) followed by almost 2 hours dropping people off/ Picking passengers up on the return journeys. Would strongly advise booking a private transfer or sharing a private transfer with other passengers.

Brilliant hotel from day 1. Amazing hotel with even better staff. My first time to turkey and I could not believe how attentive the hotel staff was. The onsite water flumes was truly amazing. I can’t rate this hotel any higher! Please visit as you won’t be disappointed

Excellent service, excellent cocktails in the Elite Bar. Zafer, the barman, is fabulous at making cocktails. He was always cheerful and a made us feel very welcome each time we were at his bar. He had a good banter with my hubby. A real credit to the hotel

Absolutely perfect family holiday! Having stayed at Granada luxury Belek last year we chose this hotel for this year due to the great reviews. So happy that we did! Our whole party of 4 adults 2 children all agreed we much prefer this hotel especially with young children! Every single member of staff were incredibly nice. Couldn’t do enough for you, by far the best staff we have come across at an all inclusive hotel. Facilities were fantastic, slides just by the main pool too meant our kids could enjoy the slides whilst still sat by the pool. Always something to eat, plenty of variety. The omelette station in the morning, burger bar for lunch & the outdoor BBQ at tea time were personal favourites. Evening entertainment was also great too, we watched some great shows. Had a retro music night too in the garden which was really good. We enjoyed it that much we are just looking to go back at the end of August, which is something we rarely do as we like to try new hotels. Huge shout once more to all the staff from the maids, barmen and all the other staff who make this hotel that much better.

First time in Turkey for our honeymoon and couldn't have been any better. The hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent. The bar staff remembered who we were and the drinks we ordered. The staff in the restaurants were very efficient and all the staff are very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable, our swim up room was amazing. Would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone thinking of coming to Turkey.

lovely hotel, I came here with my mum dad and brother and it was a lovely place to stay. The water slides and pools were absolutely amazing and everything was so clean. The evening entertainment was 10/10 there was something different each night which was lovely for all of us. Our room was spotless and there was a mini fridge which was perfect for when you didn’t want to go down to the bar. It had chocolate bars, fizzy drinks and other snacks which were really nice and it was all free. I loved how I could go to the bar and get as much iced coffee and mock tails as I wanted. I’m 15 and i felt really safe walking around by myself or with my 13 year old brother. All of the staff were lovely and there were always life guards watching the slides and pools so it felt safe. There were always cleaners around who were making sure everything was clean and they were all really lovely. There were lots of sun beds and we managed to get at least 3 or 4 every day for my family as we weren’t in the pool the whole time. The pools were lovely and cold and not too busy which was really nice and there was water aerobics every day at 10:30 til 11:00 ish and the whole family absolutely loved this. There was a market in the hotel which we didn’t buy anything from buy it wasn’t too expensive including fake designer and friendship bracelets etc. there was also a spa which we didn’t use but it was free at all times. I would’ve used this if it wasn’t so hot I think the worst thing I could’ve done was go into a hot sauna after being in hot weather all day . My family went to the land of legends one of the days and we got a private transfer which was €50 euros there and back from the hotel. The jet 2 team at our hotel were brilliant with arranging any day trips aswell. When we went to the land of legends it was absolutely brilliant with no queues for rollercoasters but pretty big queues for the water slides. We then texted the transfer to pick us up and they were there in only 5 minutes which was perfect. If you are coming here for the town of Belek then you will need a transfer there and back as it is a long walk and about a 19 minute car journey. The food was pretty good, I had waffles for breakfast with chocolate sauce and strawberries every day but it got a bit repetitive by the 7th and last day. I’m not a fussy eater but there wasn’t too much variety of food for me for lunch and dinner every day. I did love the food I had though but I think there was room for it to have some more variety. The actual food itself could’ve been a bit hotter as it was warm and not boiling hot. The hygiene was pretty good but some of the food definitely upset my stomach a bit but this could’ve just been because I wasn’t used to their food. Another downside was that people were smoking a lot; this didn’t bother me too much but when it was by the pool, it was such a strong smell and wasn’t a very pleasant thing to have to sit by. Well where to start! This is by far the best holiday we have been on and we have been on lots. The place is kept spotlessly clean all the time and the staff work so hard all Hours of the day every single member of staff were so kind and welcoming! The food was fantastic and there was always a good choice of different things! Our son has milk and egg allergy’s and everything was well labelled with allergens. A real favourite for our family was the Starbucks with in the hotel that was amazing ( would love it to open slightly earlier) we never used the A la carte as we never felt the need to but I’m sure they would have been lovely!! The endless entertainment was amazing our children are 9 and 6 and there was so much for them to do the kids club was brilliant and the adult entertainment was brilliant too! The 24 hour bar and late night food is excellent I would get up in the morning while the rest of the family were still sleeping and sit by the pool with a coffee and a book it was bliss! The pools are brilliant and the lifeguards are very attentive the water slides were a big hit with our children! We also had a Turkish bath and massage on our first day of holiday and this was brilliant and well worth the money A top tip is they do prefer euros for the things you have to pay for like the shops or the occasional payable thing at kids club. The beach is beautiful and the sea is lush! We honestly do not have a bad word to say about the hotel! The hotel definitely had a lot more Russian and German family’s than English but the hotel definitely catered well for the English! All in all what a fantastic hotel and we can’t wait to return
