We came from Ankara and stayed for two nights. With the newly opened road, the location did not tire us much. The hotel's facilities were sufficient. The employees were friendly and generous. Our room was clean. The minibar is replenished every day. Overall I recommend it.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very bad. The seating areas were stained, there were food residues on the seats, when I chose the so-called clean fork, spoon and plate, there were stains and food residues on them, the waiters were indifferent because there was no personnel management, the food quality was at a mediocre level, I was the most unhappy and very disappointed after paying a high amount of money. Unfortunately, the hotel I visited was Sherwood Dreams Resort Hotel.

A very nice hotel, all the staff are friendly and very interested in you, the hotel has been renovated, I recommend it.

Booked a hotel for 4 days while in Istanbul. Upon arrival at 6 pm, with a huge smile, I was given a room on the 1st floor with a wildly humming oversized air conditioner at the level of the balcony. Just a nightmare. With my polite refusal, they showed me another room, in another place, also on the 1st floor. Also without a view, which I personally do not need. But what a musty, vile smell it was in it .. Again, he refused. The third room was both smelly and with the same air conditioning, 2 in 1. The reception is trying to explain that the hotel is completely full, it's a real overbooking. I'm angry. I had to spend the night in a room at least without noise, writing to Trip.com. The next day I received a more or less acceptable room, albeit without a view, thanks to the support. Hotel food 4+. You won't leave hungry, but the choice is not like the cool five. The waiters are polite, some of the countries of the former CIS, mostly friendly. They also make guzleme in the morning, in the evening they roast meat on the street, well, nothing like that. The pools are ok, the sunbeds by the pool and on the beach are also good. I won’t say about children’s animation, there is volleyball, animation by the pool is rather weak, but few people need it and it’s not so important. There is ice cream, but it is very unobtrusive, it is difficult to find it, not in sight, and the ice cream man 15 minutes before the “lights out” can lie that it is over. The gym is average, but you can keep fit who knows the features of multifunctional simulators. Outside the gate, there is nowhere to go but the bazaar. Bazaar .. the taste and color .., everything is as usual - consumer goods of Turkish production. Go 1 time for 20 min. As a result, a hotel with insufficient efficiency of the air conditioning system and a very simple design of the rooms. Very tired. If it's cheap, you can play the lottery. If there is something with a good rating 10-15% more expensive, then there is a reason to consider something else.

we are very pleased with the stay at the hotel there was very good food service great entertainment very good conditions on the beach and by the pool. the room we stayed in was comfortable well with air conditioning we are very pleased. the service was also at a very high level, which we were happy with.

Booked stay at very short notice - chosen due.to consistently good reviews. Friendly reception staff - smooth check in and took us straight to our room. Lovely clean room. Sea view, plate of cakes and a welcome letter with a good luck charm - v nice touch. Cocktails the best we’ve had in Turkey. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Excellent choice of all inclusive food and drink including a la carte. Fluffy beach towels. Helpful spa staff. Entertainment team very friendly but importantly not pushy. Fabulous stay and would return.

The staff here are some of the friendliest and most welcoming I've met at an all inclusive. Myself and my two young children had a wonderful time. Food was great, very clean, lots of activities, lots of bars and food places, great range of facilities. Fantastic swimming pool and slides. Literally on the beach too! The only downside was inconsistent WiFi in different areas of the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel for young families and would come again.

Great hotel for families, staff are amazing with kids, lots of good choices and rooms are nice with good air conditioning. Our kids are 10 and 8 so not a massive amount of entry might for them but enough going on to keep them off their iPads! Would definitely recommend this place.

Hotel is great children aged 10 and 8 are having a great time. Sorry to have only booked 1 week. The staff cannot do enough, very clean and a smaller hotel which has been great meaning no queues for anything. We were worried about coming due to some reviews but these caused us unnecessary worry as the hotel is great for a family holiday. We will be returning.

Our check out is today and we don’t want to leave. Really lovely hotel and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Food and drinks are lovely and plentiful. Both of my boys age 11 and 7 had a wonderful time and don’t want to go home, they would love to return. Lady is the bag shop is so kind and funny my boys love her. If you are due to come here and are worried about negative reviews please don’t be. Our stay has been wonderful and we would most definitely return again.
