I booked an all-inclusive package for four nights, two nights in a sand house and two nights in a water house. The price is above average in Maldives, and it's worth the money. The island is not big, and the facilities are complete. There is a free boat trip to the sea for snorkeling once a day. In fact, you can snorkel in the lagoon, and you don't need to go out to the sea. The food will change every day, but after three days, I still have no appetite, so I ate the Shin Ramen I brought with me.
You can take aerial photos, and the sunrise and sunset are beautiful.

Everything was absolutely stunning. The adventures and experience were incredible and views were breathtaking. The staff were friendly and welcoming and provided excellent service.

Barcelò Whale Lagoon was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from when we arrived to when we had to say goodbye. The food choices are numerous at the Sea Salt Restaurant as they change everyday. If something there didn't suit our tastes there were additional options at the two bars on the atoll as well as the Aqua Restaurant. Never a dull day. There was always something to do and something to see!

From the moment we arrived, Barcelo Whale Lagoon reminded us that some places truly defy description. The island’s beauty and serene ambiance provided the perfect backdrop for our 25th wedding anniversary, making the trip feel romantic and magical in every way. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed, but it was the staff that made our stay unforgettable. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help, whether it was arranging a surprise for our anniversary or offering local tips for excursions. We left with wonderful memories and a strong desire to return—with our extended family in tow—to share this paradise with them.

An unforgettable holiday. The most beautiful resort, unbelievably clean, something to do for everyone! The staff made this trip the most memorable, their warmth and hospitality along with their attention to detail was incredible. We wish to especially thank Rejin who looked after our family with the utmost care with his charm and enthusiasm to make this holiday the most magical! Best holiday ever, definitely would come again. Amazing staff, all of them are so friendly and accommodating. Rajin was also very helpful and funny and it was very nice of him to remember us and make us feel welcomed.

Our goal was to spend two relaxing weeks at the beach and it was well achieved at this lovely Resort. The resort is pretty new (2 years) and therefore facilities and infrastructure are in good shape. The whole area, every pathway and the gardens are taken care of well. We were on a Sunrise Water Villa and enjoyed our spacious room. Beeing surrounded by the beautiful blue ocean is the feeling we were looking for. Housekeeping is on a high level and could maybe only improve im regard of consistency (i.e. turndown service only few times). You get a good range of food and beverages with All-inclusive, even if there are some exclusive items for All-inclusive plus or for upcharge. For us the best part at the restaurants were the friendly and joyful interactions with the staff members. Special thanks to Rejin, Hassan, Suresh and Manha for the nice chats and cheering us up everyday. We also enjoyed the service at the Wellness center. The balinese massage as a couple and Mandara treatment are well recommended (special thanks to Kirana and Mila). The snorkling trips organized by the Diving Center Team are very well recommended and should be on every guests bucket list. Special thanks for providing us with unforgettable memories, especially the Whale Shark encounter. Thanks again to the whole Barcelo Staff, we really had a great time. Kind regards from room 306

It was marvellous The people are great, very attentive and really kind. The director always at your disposal trying to make your visit wonderful. It is like a boutique hotel really recomended.
