Booked a room from 26.09 to 09.10. Upon arrival at the hotel, I paid for the entire stay. Unfortunately, due to family reasons, I left the hotel on 01 October. I warned the hotel in advance. However, the hotel management refused to refund the money for the unused stay. They just stole $300 from me. I understand that I may have caused inconvenience to the hotel due to an unscheduled departure. But we could agree on paying a fine, such as the cost of staying 1 or 2 nights. Also, the room was dirty. Garbage was taken out only 3 days after check-in and make up the room only after I asked. The floor is very dirty, it was impossible to walk barefoot - only in shoes. Stained towels. Specially made photos and videos.
