Room had slight sewage aroma at times. Pool was not functioning. Water damage visible on walls.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The cleaner also spoke and understood English. You could take a dip in the canal-looking pool from your own terrace, which was a fun experience. Location right in the center, walking distance to everywhere.

The hotel is in a very nice place in terms of location. It is positive in terms of cleanliness. It looks like a facility undergoing renovation, the materials used are high quality and comfortable. It is a beautifully designed, clean and well-located accommodation, but even though I booked a room with a balcony opening onto the pool, the pool was emptied because it needed renovations. The preferred feature of the room had actually disappeared and the renovation works were causing loud noise. Unfortunately, the situation was notified via e-mail the day before. This is negative in terms of customer satisfaction. It is a pity that they did not offer any solutions to this inconvenience. The room with a higher night rate was no different from the other rooms.
