Absolutely wonderful hotel The location and facilities are first class, but that's not what makes it special. It's the wonderful people who really enjoy working and looking after you. From Diana and Damla who check in with you every day to ensure your every wish is fulfilled The girls in the main restaurant (too many to mention) get to know you and you never needed to ask, it was already taken care of Special thanks to Doha at the rooftop bar for the wonderful cocktails Will not be looking at other hotels when we return, why would we! Thanks again to everyone

We just check out and left the hotel. It was truly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. The workers were always helpful and smiling, we adore. Alcohols, foods, our room(very clean, comfortable with a perfect balcony with sea view), public places and of course the boat taxi taking us to the castle was GREAT! The most amazing part was they have cat house where you can feed the little baby cats and a whole family! They care about animals and that’s an important thing for us. Also they had an assistance group chat right after you check in till you check out! Big thank you to Diana and Damla, they were very helpful. We have a deal with my husband about coming here every year on the same dates now! If you wanna spend your time high quality hotel with loads of smiles, that’s what you will see here.

Exceeds hotel. Great location. Great staff but oh the food! Good food wasted by being cold or at best Luke warm in spite of going early to meals we could enjoy most of the so called hot dishes! I spoke to a man who called himself food and beverage manager who smile condescendingly. And offered no real comment. The ban maries were not full enough,to heat the food,other food chips ,pasta were cold ,i was sales manager,sales manager of the Heathrow hotel with 650 beds in the uk and know how important food is to clients, but I would not stay in the prive agaiqqn. I appreciate living in spain. That northern Europeans want food and coffee hotter than their southern neighbours, but many people said the same

Where do I start what a fantastic hotel we had a sea view room which was perfect amazing view of the harbour the room spotless with everything in it you needed a lovly atmosphere throughout the hotel the food out of this world you would never go Hungry as the inclusive plus a brilliant idea, a little boat taxi took you across the water the views you have to see to believe it's only about a 15 minutes trip well worth it plenty of shops we had an amazing time also Thankyou to Diana for texting each day to see if we needed anything,also Mehmet the Nurse so kind and in the restaurant Rojin and Alperen so very helpful and kind always smiling and bringing us our little jug of fresh milk for our early morning cup of tea in our room and to everyone who works at this amazing hotel you are all beautiful people and work really hard Thankyou all love Janice & Brian Beeston Nottingham

Another fantastic holiday at this hotel. Everything was perfect . The staff are amazing and go out of their way to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible and whatever you need they will try to accommodate . Lovely stay with everything you need! Great amenities and very friendly staff who were always happy to help. Food was great and the drinks too - bar staff always happy to make amends to drinks and try new ones too.

Everything was perfect. If we come to Bodrum again, we want to stay in this hotel again. Very big thanks to beach boy-Ahmet. He was so helpful. And also in main restorant one boy. Room is very clean. Cleaning everyday. Food and drinks were delicious.
