The first room we were given had some smell. They gave us then the side that is newly renovated. It was nice.

Superb location in quiet Monte Rio. A short distance away from slightly busier Guerneville and the delightful Duncan’s Mills. Very pleasant staff and a nice clean room, with spectacular views of the river from our balcony room. Simple breakfast but more than expected.

Great hotel, easy to find. Right next to Costco. Room and gym are very clean. Decent complimentary breakfast, hotel stuff is there to help serve items such as sausage and eggs. Plenty of pastry items to choose from.

Our son had a reservation and became ill on the day he was supposed to travel. There was no way we thought the hotel would provide a refund, but ANNA was incredibly kind and went out of her way for us. As a result, we now plan to book a 3 day stay there ourselves. She has a great attitude and I look forward to staying here!
