Comfortable stay, staff are nice helping & cooperative. Location was good, food was also good. Staff helped and guided for the safari and other sight seeing places. Over all nice comfortable experience. I do recommend

Had a wonderful stay at this resort last weekend. The resort is very beautiful, spacious and at just 100m from the jungle and boat safari starting point. The staff is very good and the service was excellent. Plenty of space for kids to run and play. Great experience overall.

i had already complained about them. 'done'. my review is below👇🏻. i didn't receive any call from them on the day i was supposed to check in. since i was reaching late evening and after a long travel of 7 hrs, i called them at 5.30 pm asking them to make my room ready. please ensure the cleanliness n hygiene and fans lights, bathroom fittings are in working condition. i reached the property at 6.30 pm. staff was roaming around but no one came to welcome or fetch luggage or even show me where to park. i left my husband with luggage in the parking and went to a reception for check in reception was empty asked the passing staff. he showed the person who was standing on the same porch from where i entered reception but he didn't budge from his place so i called him again asking sir, I need to check-in n obviously was irritated n asked if this is how they welcome guests regularly. this *** replied casually aa rahe hai madam....kya ho gaya... apka mmt se start hai na... de rahe hai room. his tone was very awkward as if he is doing a favor. had to ask him again " bhaiya mere saath chhota bacha hai..my husband is standing in the parking can you send someone to fetch the luggage.. again his reply was bhej rahe hai madam..apne i'd do...i told him to fetch someone for the luggage. my husband has i'd he will come here n share the ids.. after this, he send a person and asked him to open room no 5. and bring the luggage. i went ***** with him to the room while another *** brought the luggage. both of them kept luggage one *** put on the lights.. only the mood light got switched on n he went away. my husband was at reception and completed the check in. when he went away i switched on all buttons as the light was not adequate.. i tried several other buttons in the room but no other light was working. cove lights were not there but not working...i searched for intercom there was none.. i went back to reception ***** with my son n asked the same manager on reception tht there are no lights in the room.. did he even check the room before. of course i was angry as i had called them beforehand to keep the room ready... he stated light hai to madam...ab jungle main apko or kya chahiye... n o told him lights are not working for some time he didn't budge from his seat n kept arguing..at this moment my husband lose his cool and asked him to get up n show where are the lights... he started yelling... n said aap se hai na cancel kerdo apna room... i was surprised it was 8.30 pm ...in the middle of the jungle this *** whom i had paid in advance instead of givin facilities telling me to cancel the room. i thgt to call but realised there was no signal..i asked him about the wifi..he said room main chalega... after lot of argument he shifted me to another room... but kept saying main darta nahi hun. mpt bison was fully sold out so they couldn't give rooms but they asked us to have dinner there. have milk for my son. n gave us the wifi access n i could call customer care.. asking them to shorten my stay n i left next morning. i had a terrible experience, i didn't eat there. mpt bison manager called him and told him to behave... they really helped us. we have our breakfast at MPT bison only..

Place is good very clean property staff is well trend

We stayed at Dream View Heritage on 31st December . It is walking distance from Madhai gate of Satpura Tiger resort . They have spacious and comfortable rooms . Lots of greenery in and around this place. One area was under construction when we went . There were many tourist groups , they had arranged bonfire at couple of places . Social distancing was clearly flouted , no one seemed to be wearing masks . Kids were in pool which was maybe not even functional. However according to me following Covid protocols are one's individual responsibility, management of this small B & B can just request ,it's the people who should be sensible enough to follow it for their and other's safety. We got our exclusive bonfire so didn't have to worry about social distancing . Though they did not have everything listed on Menu , we tried Pakodas, Hara Bharat kebabs ,Chinese starters, soup ,fry chana . For Breakfast we had Aloo paratha,poha -overall the food was decent taste and hygienic. The young attendant was very fast in service .He came to check many times if we needed anything ,which we really appreciated . At night and early morning one can hear the sounds of birds and animals . Few minor issues - Network / Wifi Only Jio Network was catching sometimes , Vodafone and Airtel were not in range . Their wifi was also not working properly ,understandably so due to the proximity to forest . One may look at it as a welcome break from social media. Our intercom was not working . Despite trying they could not repair it . There was some strange smell in bathroom which was otherwise very clean ,it's door was not closing due to wood swelling . Value for money, neat and clean B& B .

I had very bad stay in this hotel. Cleaning of the room and surrounding were pathetic and for each and everything you had to call reception 10 times. They could not provide basic things like towel and toothpaste on request. Food is very costly given the quality and level of service. Don't stay in this hotel. I would rather recommend to stay at mpt, madhai resort. Which is in front of this resort which is much better

Location is nice. So close to water and boating spot. Liked the food. Rooms are clean and spacious.

This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed. Bathrooms were dirty and stinking. There was no warm water. Electricity used to shut. Unprofessional staff. Food was terrible.
