This was a horrible experience. The hotel was dirty, staff unresponsive, mold in the bathroom, stained sheets, hair on the beds. I can go on an on. Do not book this place - it's a total scam. When we arrived we immediately booked a different hotel and asked for a refund and they have been unwilling/ unresponsive.

Visited during rainy season. Fabulous views, staff, bed, linen, pillows, AC, pool, outside over-the-water restaurant/bar, & beach area. Room w/broken sliding door. Recommend: replace room curtains, deep cleaning floor into corners, sweep bugs (lots of flies). Honors jubalido (resident senior discount).

This hotel is in need of some TLC. About the only thing I can say is the rooms are decent but in desperate need of some updates. The food was not good except for buffet breakfast. Rarely had bottled water or basic bar items. The service was terrible and a few of our friends never got served. The pools were not extremely clean. Just needs some renovation to bring it up to the standard we read about.

Stayed here with 3 other ladies, and we loved it. Everyone was wonderful, from the front desk, housekeeping, servers, cooks, bartenders, pool cleaning and even the DJ. Rooms clean and cool.Free breakfast buffet every morning, awesome fruit. Restaurant on site.. Plan on returning in the near future. Don't listen to the bad reviews.

Dirty room, special de breakfast area and the bar area . I kill a big Bug into the bathroom. Also something bite me in the bad ( i was thinking about mosquitos but not) In the room you can hear very clearly what the neighbors are talking . The pool was under “treatment” all the period … They didnt ofer you trips, so be a ware for ofers , they chargiu more

We had a very large room. A couch and TV at the entrance and a big king size bed with a lovely balcony overlooking the ocean in a separate room. The bed was super comfy. The pool is large, clean and warm.

No good value for money
friendly and supportive staff. But bad value for money. Breakfast very limited and always missing items. Quality and choice for lunch / dinner max. Medium. Beach at the hotel not swimmabe really.

The breakfast was very good, lots of variety. The hotel was good for our 2 night stay. The staff was very helpful and gracious.
