The place was dirty, had a smell in the room and the tub and kitchen appliances were full of rust. The site advertised breakfast for 2 guests included however when I went to the lobby the next morning I was shown a cabinet with a coffee dispenser and a basket of individually wrapped muffins. The guy at the counter was rude & said we don’t have “breakfast”. I showed him a snapshot of my booking receipt. So I took a picture of the cabinet, started laughing with some other guests who were sitting there waiting for the coffee to be filled up and I walked out. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!

The location is OK, but the facilities are old and next to the road and the railway. It often vibrates and can be felt very obviously. The facilities are poor and there are cockroaches. Because you can cook, it is a big inn. When booking a hotel, I wanted to avoid this big inn, but the packaging was good and I didn't see it after coming here. There is no way to change it.

The hotel door lock malfunctioned and wouldn't lock and the dead bolt was un usable. It didn't fit into a hole to lock. Hotel under construction. My daughter's room was missing a couch. They offered refund. Not refunded yet. Told me to contact ******* to get refund and that's been impossible

Don’t check in after hours. My family and I were traveling from far and checked in. The receptionist was extremely rude and told us they overbooked and didn’t have our room. I was charged with $85 I do not know why. There was no breakfast to grab and go. that is not true, I went 2 times to check for breakfast and there was no more than coffe.

horrible hotel
I wanted to give 0 stars. There is no breakfast, just free coffee. The refrigerator door is broken, the microwave is broken. We complained but they didn't fix it. There is a train that passes every 2 hours at night.

I liked how helpful the staff was and quick response when there was an issue. I did not like the advertising of snoke free rooms. The guest smoke at your door and in there rooms and my room filled up with second hand smoke. I changed rooms but it did not make a difference i was unable to enjoy my room.

It took 10 minutes for anyone to answer the door or the phone just to be told that they overbooked and they couldn’t do anything for me that I had to call and request a refund completely disturbing. I have no interest in attempting to book with them again, could’ve at least tried to help find a replacement room or something since they didn’t have anything available.
