Bedroom ac barely working. And we all know Mexico is hot. The balcony is nice but green mold
Puddle. Like it’s not impossible to see it lol. Bed felt like a rock. Needs a new mattress. But not a horrible place just needs a decent cleaning and some
New upgrades. Nice location! I’ve seen worse in America. You would think they would want to give me the nicest room they got! But no they want a honest review you got it. I should of spent more and went to a better place. They trick you with a nice room photo and then I get that lol oh well

Realice mi reservación por expedía y a la hora de llegar al hotel me dijeron que la habían cancelado cuando mi reserva me seguía apareciendo activa y no me solucionaron nada, y me quedé sin hotel, pésimo servicio, para que aceptan reservas si a la hora las van a cancelar

Se encuentra justo atras del World Trade Center Veracruz, para mi fue excelente la ubicación.
me hospede durante 5 noches a muy buen precio, lugar limpio, mi habitación tenía cuarto, baño completo, cocineta con microondas, refrigerador, sala y comedor pequeños. Conserges 24 hrs en la puerta.

La ubicación es genial muy conveniente para quedar atrás del WTC, pero les falta subir el promedio de limpieza e higiene, fundas de almohadas manchadas, Marco de las ventanas polvosos, moho en el baño, toallas desgastadas, sábanas con moho y sucias. Espero mejoren este punto que también es importante para subir su calificación de servicio y calidad

Es un hotel cómodo y en buena ubicación, la señorita que está en recepción en el turno de la tarde es súper amable a diferencia de la que se encuentra en el turno de la mañana, mal encarada y grosera, en cuanto a limpieza es buena pero podría ser mucho mejor , económico y cómodo
