Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa

We ended up getting to the property a couple hours before check in but our concierge Franco greeted us at our first step out of our shuttle. His team grabbed our bags as he escorted to the front desk. We had 3 rooms booked and they were able to give us 2 of them adjoining. We had to wait a couple hours to check in but we got our bracelets, a quick tour and sat down for some lunch a few drinks while we waited! Smooth check in process! The service from housekeeping to bartenders to pool servers were all so friendly and fast! The pool food was great for snacking on. The breakfast buffet was decent with a good variety of choices. Drinks were mostly small unless you asked for a bigger glass, which was never an issue. All 3 of our rooms were pretty clean and housekeeping kept up with everything pretty well! The beach was a great spot for sunsets. Few vendors around but they weren’t too much of a bother. Not much of a swimming style beach due to how rough it was at the time we visited. The lobby bar was a good time in the evening with live music! All in all, we would definitely head back!
Secrets Vallarta Bay

Recently stayed at Secrets Vallarta Bay in the preferred club area. Our butler Nirvana was the best. We enjoyed all of the food options available throughout the day along with the Exclusive bar in the Preferred Club was really convenient when we just wanted a quick bite to eat and not a full restaurant meal. The location was great. We were close to off resort shopping, stores, that we could walk to and only a 7 minute ride to the Malecon boardwalk. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and room was spacious. I personally loved the shower as it had a bench and rain shower head plus a hand held sprayer. The beach was nice. Sand is good, not powder but still a comfortable grain. I like to walk along the shore but if you get in the water you will notice quite a bit of small rocks close to shore so may want water shoes and the waves can cause them to pop you in the legs a bit. My husband was fine but something to be mindful of. There are lots if vendors on the beach but they are very nice not pushy. My husband and I had thought about horseback riding so were able to do an impromptu sunset ride right from the beach the day before we left. The price was good and the vendor took us for a nice long ride. I also do destination weddings and got a chance to see a couple while I was there. They have some beautiful venues with great views and only simple set ups needed. Nice bonus to see during our stay. Nice location for family weddings as they have the connected Dreams resort. My husband and I were doing a quick anniversary get away and it worked out perfectly. We both enjoyed our stay and would visit again!

Enjoyed our stay and everything was as shown online. Alex was of great service. I plan to take another trip back with family and friends. Rooms were nice, very comfortable and much needed getaway. The resort was easy to navigate. We stayed on the adults only side of the facility.
Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta

All-inclusive hotel, all rooms have sea view, perfect for vacation and relaxation. Except it’s a bit expensive, there’s really nothing wrong with it 😀 The Italian and Mexican restaurants for dinner are both delicious.
Casa Velas Adults Only All Inclusive
4.8/570 Reviews
My husband and I spent 9/13 nights of our honeymoon as Casa Velas. We chose this hotel because of its great reviews, and it was one of only a few adults only ‘highly rated’ hotels. We had a wonderful time, which, in most didn’t disappoint. Pros The location of this hotel is near the marina, you can walk there within 5 to 10 minutes. The area is very safe, it feels very secure and everyone in and around the hotel was very very very friendly. The staff are by far this hotels biggest and best asset. So friendly, accommodating (within what they can do). Ramon and Ulrise worked non stop all day. The rooms are beautiful and are set within ground surrounded by lush trees, flowers and many iguana’s The cocktails were amazing and are exceptional value under the all inclusive, they would make almost anything, even if this wasn’t on the main menu The pool, reception, entrance, gardens and restaurants are immaculate and are constantly being cleaned and tidied. Also some friendly coy carp and turtles (which you can feed) Room for improvement The menu options are limiting, especially if you are staying longer than 4 days. Whilst the food was delicious, we have had some even more amazing food outside of the resort, a more diverse menu would be great for those staying a little longer. Before you travel be sure to check whether there are any events or weddings on during your stay, this was the largest downside by far. When guests arrived for the wedding/event that lasted about five days, our experience was negatively impacted by having to have buffet options for food… the calm, peaceful ambience was also affected. It very much felt like as soon as the wedding parties arrived, other guests were left to experience someone else’s holiday/vacation. Tipping Maybe it is because we are Europeans, and expected tipping isn’t something that we are used to… but considering this is a high end hotel that included tips, it felt strange to then we having to sign for drinks and food and tipping. Not saying that the staff do not deserve to be rewarded for their hard work, this isn’t in question at all, but it did feel a bit off. Whilst we would 100% recommend this hotel to any friends or family staying. We would make the recommendation of a shorter stay as the menu got very repetitive and there’s so many amazing things to see in at around Puerto Vallarta. Value for money 8/10
