I went there early March and the hotel was totally closed up for major reconstruction. No plumbing, Lobby filled with materials and tools, workers doing tearouts, etc. There was no way they could let me stay. Yet the reservationist - rsvteam.com - have charged me and will not reverse the charges.

One of the worst experiences, the hotel is in black construction, this horrible construction, the conditions are so that the hotel is not in operation, it was a bridge and we had nowhere to go, they told us that if we wanted we could stay in the hotel, there was no one unfortunately we had to staying for the hour was long weekend and we couldn't find anywhere to go... we had a hard time the bathroom didn't even work to lower the lever I attached photos it wasn't fair the lie deception and we had to pay for the circumstances I attached photos and please don't go so that no one else falls for this hotel deception with absurd descriptions.

Pésimo, el hotel está en remodelación y aún así continúa vendiendo reservas, no es apto para hospedarse ya que ni cuenta ni con servicio, ni luz, ni agua caliente, no lo recomiendo para nada porque no quisieron ni hacernos el reembolso de la reserva que no ocupamos.

el hotel esta en ruinas y aun así venden reservaciones... es un robo y un engaño y cuando llegas alla quieren que asi te quedes y no te quieren devolver lo que pagaste... de repente te quedas sin habitacion y sin dinero
