If I could, I would give a negative star. I had a RESERVATION with Ibis Style Bobigny Centre Préfecture from September 10th to September 14th, 2022. When me and my wife got the hotel on a Saturday, late night travelling from Brussels, to our surprise the receptionist said the hotel had an overbooking and they couldn’t accommodate us. To make it worst the reception didn’t offer any help to contact any other place to check if they would have any rooms available. In summary, we were left at the Hotel reception by ourselves without any help from the IBIS crew. Just like we were responsible for the mess, which was not the case. Again, the mistake was not on our side and we felt extremely disrespected by Ibis Bobigny crew and also by Ibis Hotels/Accor once I message them so many times and they did nothing to solve this mistake and reimburse me. I am still waiting for my money back! If you value your money, the hair in your head and your vacation, never stay at this hotel.
