酒店很新～房間很整潔，也很寬敞。還有茶具哈哈哈😆還蠻文藝的！各類洗漱用品也都備齊全，前台小姐姐還是房務的同事都很貼心，有任何需求都會及時響應！另外就是酒店有機器人幫忙送外賣到房間門口～真的蠻方便的，下次再來會再回購的～

前台的服務很好，酒店很新很乾凈。只是晚上不算安靜，空調外機聲音有點響。 要是毛巾可以不掛在廁所裏就更好了。

總體感覺：很棒（至少目前是博白最好的酒店），之前衹能住維什麼，雅什麼，現在博白終於有全季了，必須點贊[強] 1，位置很近文化路（最多博白特色小吃街），超級方便～就是新裝修的味道稍微重了點，可以加強祛味工作 2，環境很新，很安靜，房間儘量訂高級大床房哈（因為房間會大很多）[呲牙]，停車也很方便 3，酒店服務，可以打5顆星啦，前台小姐姐服務很好，客服服務也很不錯，需要一雙筷子都能及時幫忙處理[抱拳] 最後～～還會繼續住博白全季，包括公司的同事出差博白也推薦住全季 博白全季的所有員工們，你們要繼續保持這份熱情哦，努力做到縣城裡最好的酒店哈

前台服務態度不行，早上想入住鐘點房，害怕沒房所以打了個電話去詢問，結果致電總枱是打不通的，過後也沒見回複電話給我，另外去到前台了，服務員第一句話是現在那麼早，可能沒有房間給我入住，作為高檔型酒店，前台培訓標準居然是這樣的，你們不是應該説稍等，現在為您辦理，然後再查看房態告知是否有房嗎，看都不看就説沒房，還説我太早了，如果你們沒房是不是應該不要接我的訂單，或者接單之後沒有房了第一時間聯繫客人詢問入住時間，排不出來的情況下再跟我協商延遲入住或者取消，鐘點房客人不都是要入住了才下單，誰還跟你提前預訂？總之作為全季酒店，我覺得這個服務標準跟處理的sop流程是不應該的，希望貴酒店管理層能夠反思一下自己本身培訓的問題
