We booked a 5 day stay at this hotel. When we arrived, they were renovating so no breakfast available. Hallways crowded with trash carts and old cabinets. The room was handicapped rated but shower did not meet ADA standards. There was a bench, but no hand held nozzle and nozzle did not angle correctly for bench. The shower curtain was too short so water went out onto floor. The regular nozzle had zero water pressure!! The sink nozzle only allowed a trickle of water to come out. My husband took off aerator and tried to clean it. It made no difference. There were black ants in the room. One morning they had covered a cup I had on side table!! When we complained to front desk, they offered us a new room OR a can of bug spray!🙄. They did say they would comp us one day on the next visit. I had to ask for a desk chair because there wasnt one in the room. Everyday we had to ask for extra towels. Mostly they only put 2 in the room per day. My husband looked in the open wash room door, he said the washer was way over stuffed. The towels were barely moving. Yuck!!🤮 Lastly I will say AC worked and bed was comfortable.
