The hotel environment is very good, the facilities are advanced, and the breakfast is also very rich. I stayed here temporarily during the Thanksgiving holiday. I felt good after staying here for one day and extended my stay. There are also restaurants around. In short, it is worth recommending

Check-in staff was courteous and helpful, but they had a "new" system and weren't sure how to check in an ******* (third party) reservation.
The property is rather remote, but I think it caters to the skiing market as the slopes were across the street, but no other shops or businesses.
The room was nicely appointed, but not ergonomically optimized. There was no "main" light switch and each lamp had to be turned on individually. This was particularly inconvenient since I checked in after dark.
Comfortable bed. Wifi was not secure, no password required.

This hotel was a great find for a quick visit to my student at Penn State. It was near enough but also quietly tucked away. Boalsburg offered several great dining options. The hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. We will return.

Because it was a relatively new property it was still very well kept. It was out of town but still close enough to travel to PSU campus.

We had to cancel, due to a snowstorm that paralyzed travel. When I called to let them know we wouldn’t be making it in for the Nat’l Wild Turkey Federation banquet, the staff was very accommodating and the manager waived the cancellation fee! We plan to keep this one on our radar!
