酒店服務性很高，前台辦理的不管是退房還是入住速度很快，業務肯定是熟練的，而且還免費升級了房型很不錯，酒店衞生也挺乾淨的，總體入住很滿意。

#好評#對交通方便程度，性價比，鄰近活動，床品舒適度，房間大小，房內採光滿意；酒店整体环境干净整洁舒适，周围生活逛街和交通都比较便利，设施装修中式风格，房间面积比较宽敞。服务人员态度和专业水平都是很不错的。可能是因为开业时间太久了，房间卫生还是很有提升空间的。另外建议酒店做无烟酒店，呼吸道或者鼻炎的严重的客人来讲，很容易过敏。

酒店設施還行，地處城中心，附近有超市，商場，小吃等等，非常方便，關鍵是價格比較親民，讓人能夠接受。美中不足的是洗澡的熱水不是太熱，水量也不是太足，如果這點能夠改進，那就更好了。

房間燈光昏暗，看着不舒服，洗手池下水有問題，應該是堵塞，一開始用的時候還飛了兩衹蟲子出來。淋雨掛的地方是壞的，容易掉下來。前台態度很一般，高高在上的樣子。房間有老鼠，酒店送來了粘鼠板，房間明明開了免打擾但是酒店還是進房間取走了老鼠。不管是不是出於這個目的，最差一步講，我房間開了免打擾，你們隨便就進去了也是工作態度有問題，最起碼不認真。這個地方大堂修的金碧輝煌，結果拖鞋衹有一雙，毛巾衹有一套，來收拾我的房間把我唯一的一次性拖鞋丟了都不再給我一雙。我們覺得地板臟，用買的一次性被罩鋪地上全當垃圾收走了。你們取走老鼠也沒用，我就是拍了照片，房間還不止這一衹，一直都有咬的聲音。
整個酒店唯一的好處就是位置好一點吧在商業圈附近。
