We enjoyed our stay in Room 205 on 4/7/23. The sweet, friendly front desk woman was very helpful to my husband and I at check in (we did not catch her name unfortunately) as well as upon check out. She offered us 2 cold waters to go as we checked out. Great customer service! 😊 The room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were super fresh and comfortable! The shower had a nice pressure, which was also adjustable to my husbands liking. Overall, we had a great stay! We will definitely stay here again in our future travels. 😊

The staff welcoming us at check in were very nice, well spoken, and knowledgeable. The cookies at check in were a nice touch. The room was spacious and the check-out time was generous, noon. Only a few problems: the conditioner bottle in the shower was empty, but I only discovered in the morning while I was taking a shower, there were a few stray hairs still on the bathroom floor around the shower, the hot water carafe in the lobby was not kept hot so I had to warm up hot chocolate in my room microwave, and the cable TV didn't work in the morning, so we had no reason to stay for the late check out. We appreciated the hot breakfast in the morning and it was a good start to our day. I'd be willing to use Hampton Inns again.
