The hotel is beautiful and everything perfect, service, room and breakfast. The location that is not the best for my goals in the city, more is a very personal issue. No complaints from the hotel in itself. Marvelous.

I booked for Hoteis.com and, as I understand from the hotel staff, if you don't book directly with them, they will not do absolutely anything for you in that hotel. Every time I had to talk to someone here the answer was “but why didn't you book directly with us.” It is, if you don't need anything OK, you have to forget. They'll ask you not to answer. The night I arrived had to talk to the reception, and the official just picked up the phone and called in a room to talk to another guest while I was talking to him. I've been in super simple hotels with excellent service. I can't say the same about the Blumenau Square.

The Blumenau Tower is a very large, clean and large rooms, and, despite the older furniture, it is quite comfortable. The bathroom is large and with good shower. Breakfast is simple, but I think it serves the guest well. There is a swimming pool in the hotel, but when I was there, it seemed not in use. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the historic center and restaurants, lunch shops, markets and shops. The Wi-Fi is good. In general, it was a satisfactory experience and I would be hosting this hotel again if you return to Blumenau.
