New, clean, well designed, cozy. Location in more peaceful area but close to the center. Leisure space behind the hotel is nice and private. Breakfast rich and tasty. Staff spoke good English, very professional and friendly. Will definitely visit again soon, no need to search for other options

Bem localizado, padrão íbis. Para ir ao centro dá para ir caminhando, já para vila germânica é melhor ir de Uber. Como fomos na época da Oktoberfest o valor foi muito alto não tem estrutura para tal valor. Atendimento razoável, pelo preço pelo menos o atendimento poderia ter sido melhor. A diária estava média 1300 a 1600, praticamente preço de resort.

The only good thing in the hotel was the service of the official Geraldo who was always aware and receptionist. As regards the room, the door of the gate was not closed right, the broken mirror showed bad maintenance and care. In the case of breakfast, the breads were good, but the cakes were always what was left of the previous day. When some items (such as bread and cheese and cheese, juice) were finished, there was no repos. On the cleaning, the room was never cleaned during my stay (5 days), and there was cheap in the restaurant; there was a cat in the reception which was a great disorder because all my family is allergic, My children and mom have asthma and this has caused many health problems. About location, it's great, markets and many things nearby.

We stayed overnight at the Plaza for a visit to Oktoberfest in Blumenau. We had a warm welcome, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast was very good. We would happily go back.
