Fomos em família passar a Virada do Ano em Blumenau! A vista do quarto (2º andar) é muito boa, bem ao lado estava a Catedral, o quarto é grande e confortável e o banheiro também grande com ótimo chuveiro. A TV tem uma boa qualidade de imagem com uma variedade de canais, além de Wi-fi muito bom. A localização do Hotel é muito boa, perto de tudo! Nas próximas tem muito comércio e restaurantes variados, tem a Avenida Beira Rio e também a Prefeitura, foi onde teve o "Show de Réveillon". O Hotel tem um terraço no 11º andar com uma vista maravilhosa! Os funcionários foram atenciosos e nos atenderam com prestatividade. Existem alguns pontos a melhorar como as toalhas com que tinham um cheiro forte (aparentemente água sanitária) e o aparelho de ar condicionado, que no nosso quarto (2º andar) fazia muito barulho.

Funcionários intolerantes, gerente desagradável, não dá ouvidos aos hóspedes e não encara situações de frente, ou seja, é omisso. Em minha estada tive problemas que poderiam ser resolvidos facilmente, mas preferiu permanecer no conforto do seu escritório a se envolver.

O hotel conta com excelente localização, praticamente na esquina da XV de Novembro, uma tradicional rua do Centro Histórico. Fica a poucos minutos da Vila Germânica e da maioria dos pontos turísticos da cidade. O quarto é amplo, bem equipado, limpo e confortável. Para sua faixa de preço, até nos surpreendeu. O café da manhã está acima da média. Conta com uma enorme variedade de itens, todos de excelente qualidade e sabor, servido em um amplo e confortável salão. Os funcionários são educados, simpáticos e atenciosos. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a nossa estadia.

O Quarto é banheiro são amplos. Os funcionários são prestativos no que podem. O gerente não é nem um pouco agradável ou simpático. Solicitei uma toalha de rosto a mais e ele me disse que para cada quarto disponibilizam 1 toalha de rosto e duas de banho. Como assim? Cada hóspede precisa de um jogo ( uma de banho e uma de rosto). Ele me falou: “Eu não consigo”. ABSURDO! O manobrista Marcelo foi muito solícito e gentil. Estava sempre pronto para ajudar. Café da manhã com muitas opções.
