Nice hotel with the concept.. very spacious. Breakfast is also complete. Need improvement in the toilet, because something is leaking (the floor is still wet). Drinking water if you can replace with the concept of gallon in every hallway, so it can be more eco-friendly

I was lucky enough to be able to book a room in Ramada at last minute with my fiance, and it was quite a memmorable memmory for us. Thus, please let us give some comprehensive review about our stay. Reception We were greeted amazingly by the front office staff and especially the supevisor, I think it was Mr. Heri, whom accomodated our needs perfectly despite our late check in and requests. But they are all very helpful and accomodating. Room Not much to say really, since our room were in the perfect location and has a balcony which was very relaxing. Not to mention that it was just one step away from the restaurant, please put into consideration that they have a bit spread out villas so it was quite a walk to reach the restaurant. And right next to us was the dummy temple which really enhance the nuances of Solo as one of the cores of Javanese culture. Although the AC wasn't really cooling, but it was hardly a deal breaker since Solo still has a cool weather especially during the rainy season. Restaurant Dinner We had a chance to try the 'Buka Puasa' dinner buffet, since we came during the Ramadan which means that most of Indonesian were fasting and they have a kind of festivities for breaking their fast each evening. However it was quite a mess on this side. The F&B clearly wasn't ready to clear up the challenges againts bunch of hungry people. So there were a lot of missing items from the buffet, such as cutleries and ice cream which my fiance expected very much, hey, we're fasting too! Haha. And the service staff couldn't quite keep up with the pace of the masses. Although I need to mention that some of the staff, the one that wear a glasses, tried to helped us so much and gave us the best possible table during the circumstances. But overall, there are rooms for improvement. Breakfast This is quite amazing actually, considering that there was only one service guy in charge for the whole time. The vibe was quite, maybe because we were there during the off season haha, but he could take care almost all of our requests amazingly. Eventhough we did request a lot of things, including towells for swimming which wasn't ready at the poolside. It's just a shame that I forgot to ask his name so I can't write it here as a recommendation. Whoever you are, I'm sorry mas bro. Keep up the good work! Public facilities Ramada surprisingly has a bunch of facilities to enjoy for the guests. Started with bike which free to use within the hotel complex, although some of the bike seems quite worn out pehaps due to exposed to the rain, swimming pool, billiard table which I can't try yet maybe next time, and the amazing garden! Oh! And they also have a gymnastic for the guests and one more private pool next to it. Howeve this pool is quite lacking in maintenance compared to the main pool So maybe we could call in advance before using this one. It's amazing.. the hotel is indeed nice and magnificent.. I stayed because of my birthday, I was given a surprise decoration in the room and a cake for free.. the service was very good.. from check in to check out

The hotel is located in Jebres area, near KA solo Balapan Station, Thiong Ting's funeral house, Star Cafe, Timlo Sastro, Orion Rot Shop, etc., but no one sells food around the hotel. We stayed there because we were ordered a big family to wander to Thiong Ting. Just entered the lobby area, it was already seen that this is an old hotel, because the atmosphere is gloomy and the air conditioner is less cold. There are mosquitoes in the lobby. The receptionist also lacks a smile/friendly. In front of the lobby there is land for parking vehicles. There was a pool behind the base floor of the hotel, but we didn't have time to check it out. We were given a room on the back mezzanine floor (no rooms 210, 211, 212, dst.). Apparently this is a standard room. The room is narrow, no windows, smells of a slight, not enough room for an extra bed. Wifi is not available in this type of room, and can only access in lobby and restaurant. Because the AC was leaking, we were moved to another room on the 2nd floor (no room 220, 221, dst). The maintenance came pretty quick when complained about the air leak. Apparently this replacement room given was a moderate room (catt: we were not upgraded, but we were given another type of room, because the standard type was full, so we had to pay more). The room is bigger, covered, and not covered. Wifi available in this type of room. The air conditioner is cold, even very cold, maybe the remote key is broken, so it cannot be set/smalled, can only be on/off. There was a TV, coffee maker, and a mini fridge in the room, but we didn't have time to use it. We didn't have time to try the bathroom in the room on the mezzanine, but the one on the second floor, the hot water works well, but there was no shower curtain, so when the shower was splashed throughout the bathroom area. The drainage in the sink is also less smooth. Bath amenities are available: shampo, hand sanitizer (2), shower cap, toothbrush. One of our group's rooms did not smoothly the drainage, so the water was swell. Another guest from our group found cockroaches in their room, and in our own room there were lots of ants, so in the morning we found the cake we brought already full of ants. In the room located in front of the hotel, there is a noise of motorbikes, while in the room behind the hotel, there is a noise of a train passing by. There are two elevators, two units in front, near the lobby, and two units back. The lift works well, just confused, because when given no room 210 dst, we thought it was on the 2nd floor, but it turned out it was on the mezzanine floor, so it was a chance to escape, and there was no information from the reception.
