So good!! The employees were friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to eating and shopping centers; well lit and in a safe area.

We just stayed at this hotel for a wedding for one night. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of this hotel for the price as there was mold in the bathrooms. A moldy ceiling doesn’t make for the most relaxing shower experience. Our family members also had mold in their bathrooms as well. The one good thing is that management was apologetic and did discount our stay because of it, but they need to correct this as mold can be a health hazard. Would not stay here again.

Quick stay for a conference. The staff was very friendly and responsive. Our room was clean and well kept. Same for the common areas and grounds. My breakfast from the cafe in the lobby was tasty and reasonably price. I did not use the gym, but it was smaller than expected and only had free weights and a cardio machine. The hotel has plenty of free parking. It's a of a drive from the airport and downtown Kansas City, so I suggest getting a rental if youre wanting to explore. There is a large shopping center next door with plenty of food options.

I had a horrible and disrespectful experience. I left Brazil with everything paid for, but they still made me pay again and even canceled my reservation in the middle of my stay. I have never experienced anything like this in my life! It was extremely disorganized.

It was an average courtyard that was showing its age a bit. The room was nice and dark and that is always a bonus. I would call the bed average in the hotel. The thing I hate about courtyards is that there in no free breakfast. Marriott should change this policy as I generally avoid Courtyards because of this. There were a lot of quick serve and fast food restaurants nearby and a Target and Walmart. Very convenient in that respect.

Have been going to this Comfort Inn for the last 27 yrs, only hotel close to family in Grain Valley, other than a Courtyard in Blue Springs. Use to be reasonably priced for a place just to sleep. Always marginal though! Has doubled in price since Dec 2022, no pool, no fitness ctr, filthy chair in room to name a few. The next closest hotel is a Courtyard whish is usually about $50 more than Comfort Inn. Comfort Inn was $170, I usually stay 2 to 3 nights, at this price I only stayed 1 night. Courtyard was $135, but it was full. I will stay in a Blue Springs hotel before I ever stay at this Comfort Inn again. Has never been the cleanest, even after their remodel. I would not recommend this hotel!

We didn’t have a reservation and Robin at the front desk was wonderful to fill our request. The room was nice and comfortable. The hotel has a small bar in the lobby area for the guests that was great for a night cap. The hotel does offer breakfast for extra cost. We will stay here again.

The room we were in smelled like mildew. The bed (we did a king size) was soooo hard it felt like sleeping on the floor. Other than those two things, the hotel was nice. It seemed like they had some flooding issues as they had two fans blowing air over the carpet by the elevators on the first floor.
