Place was nice and quiet. Starlink satellite internet is speedy and consistent.
Some of the bedding was missing along with a towel on the first night.

We have stayed at the shacks several times and always love it! The location is superb with stunning views of the coastline and mount Strzelecki in the distance. It’s also only 10 minutes to Whitemark for supplies and the best coffee, cakes and savoury snacks at “Cate Cooks” tuck shop. If you want to wake up in paradise with your own private beach then this is the place

A small modern beach shack with amazing views. Secluded and private. Central location to explore the island. The beach is 100 metres from the shack and at high tide the water is wonderful for swimming. The kangaroos, birds and stars at night were memorable.

It was an amazing experience. The shacks were situated in a fantastic position, were meticulously presented and relaxing. Definitely appreciated the books on hand - and the games ! - we shall definitely be back - I thoroughly recommend Sawyers Bay Shacks to anyone who wishes to explore Flinders Island - you will not be disappointed.

Host was very accomodating! Location is superb. Beautiful setting. Private. Clean and well equipped. Lots of wildlife right in front of the House. Beach is a must see especially during sunrise and sunset.
