The Handicapped and first floor requests made on-line were ignored as if never read. One of the two receptionists was rude. The first floor ice machine was broken and he was not helpful to me as I was hobbling around with a walker.

Nice conveniently located property. A little outdated but everything is in good working order, and we loved having a fridge and microwave in our room. The included breakfast was really good too although they ran out of things that were not quickly restocked (it was packed). Would stay here again.

I booked the wrong room and had special needs. The front desk gentleman went out of his way to accommodate our needs. We had to leave at 5:00 am and we were given 2 goodie bags since we could not stay for breakfast. Staff went over the top to help us

We stayed for 3 nights. Great location for us, very close to our son and his family. Very clean , staff was lovely. The only complaint i have, there was no outlet or usb port , on the right had side of the bed. Not a big deal, just annoying.

Checked in and soon found bedbugs. Checked out immediately but of course had to take precautions to assure we didn't take some with us. Horrible experience. Hotel eventually refunded for stay but not until after several followups.

Very welcoming and helpful front desk staff. Room was clean, especially the bathroom which is important to us. It was a rare moment where affordable accommodations were the basis for a fun quick trip and made it better all around.
