Great location with walking distant to Blue Mountain Village. Staffs are helpful and nice to guests. We had great experience as a family of four with young kids.

we stayed 3 nights but did no cleaning of the room even though we made one-time requests while we were there. No good services for this.

Pottery restaurant with great food, but bread-fast is expensive

It is inconvenient to transport luggage. The hotel is not helpful. I was refused to use trolley to transport luggage.

Bathroom was a little too tight, fridge was also too small and linen was stained. Other than that the stay was good for the quick stay we needed.

Very dated accommodations with much damage to the rooms. Layers of dust on the bathroom doors which indicates not being cleaned. Beds were very small and the room was very cold.

Very clean property, close to slopes (8 minute walk), beds are double but very comfy. Small mini fridge which is very convenient. The only thing I wish was different, if you go out late from your room, you need to request to front desk before 5 p.m. for cleanup or they do not automatically keep track.

Both front desk and cleaning services are bery nice. They let us check in early and helped us with keeping luggages after checking out. The check in and out process was also very efficient.

Would have liked a change room in the pool area so you don't have to leave wrapped in a towel back to your room to change. Minor inconvenience. Other than that, everything was good. It was nice to have restaurants conveniently located in the hotel. Only tried Jozos but I can say it was very good. Free parking was appreciated. Shuttle to the village was available, but was an easy walk in nice weather.

Great property, easy check in and helpful when we needed something. Pool area could use some attention/cleaning. Very woredown but loved they they had an indoor and outdoor hottubs!

The Blue Mountain Inn is the original place to stay at the ski resort. It has been well maintained and upgraded with comfortable rooms, beds and facilities. Its bar, Jozo's is a classic ski hill venue and its restaurant, The Pottery Barn provides fine, top quality food for hungry skiers. It has a small, effective menu and is great for breakfast. Staff are helpful, attentive and charming.
