We came to Toronto to see our son, who drove us for 2 hours to take us to the Blue Mountains. We chose to stay at the Blue Mountain Resort, which is a bit like a European town. There is a different beauty both during the day and at night, and it is also a good feeling to take a slow walk in the light rain. Canada 🇨🇦 is not cold enough this year and it doesn’t snow much, so the snow on the snowy mountains is not thick enough and the fog is heavy. Next time we go there in the summer, it should be more fun. I specially chose a suite with two bedrooms and one living room. The room is really big and has all the kitchen facilities. Both toilets are also very clean and the beds are very big. Only when I checked out, I discovered that the hotel had charged an extra fee, because my room rate was paid in full to Ctrip in advance, but the front desk still deducted an extra fee from the deposit for no reason without explaining the reason. I could only give immediate feedback to Ctrip’s 24-hour customer service butler, who quickly resolved it within an hour. The lady’s attitude was also very good. After verifying the situation, she immediately said it was the hotel’s problem and overcharged some miscellaneous fees during the Christmas period. There was no prior notice. Explain, so Ctrip will bear the responsibility and directly refund the equivalent amount of RMB cash💰 to me. Ctrip’s service is still very secure, like it👍

Blue Mountain Village
We were 3 families with 7 little kids and 1 infant. It was really hard for us to manage with such a big group to be away at the same time for 1 night. Every thing was great until the second day. When we were by the pool side , unfortunately there was a lifeguard lady named Ruby(Rubbi) . At the first moment we knew she was looking to make a trouble for us, first she started walking around all of us with an unpleasant gesture and showing her walkie talkies like we were not supposed to be there or because our kids were having fun and laughing andhappy?!!!!! First we ignored her but she was still coming and say things rudely. It got worse when my 2-year-old son was sitting beside the jacuzzi ( not even inside!!) and he was holding his last bite of his cupcake, she came to us and said harshly not to eat in the pool( he was’nt even in the pool) despite everything i said ok and tried to pull him away from the pool, she came back again and SHOUT at me and said exactly “ i told you to take away your kid from the pool” , in that moment i knew this behavior comes from jealousy and lack of efficiency and was looking to make trouble or what was wrong with her?!!! She didn’t have a right to talk like that to my baby and us with NO REASON!!! I think she wanted me to slap my baby because he was having fun???!!!!! In that moment she went and call security because of that! My son was crying and3 of other kids were crying and scared because of her behavior and loud voice!! So she ruined our day just like that! We called hotel manager and the supervisor came . She did NOTHING just stand there and just looking at us !! they didn’t even apologize for her behavior. All things started because of last bit of cupcake my baby was holding beside the pool which every one was eating too. this hotel supposed to be kid’s friendly and no one is doing their job properly! When you check in every one is smiling and nice but when you are under violence by their employees they just standing there and do nothing. If you are reading this just for you to know , you should have a proper priority and efficiency to work in a hotel! Because people working hard and wants to have good time on weekends with their family especially when you spend a lot of money and get like their behavior. I feel so sorry for the manager and lifeguard supervisor, they can’t even handle their staff properly and you want them to be polite with guests especially who have kids!!! We have been all around the world but NO ONE dares to talk like that to someone ‘s child.
