We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. We also had the dinner in the house. The rooms are nice and big. Everything is clean. The service is efficient and friendly - everywhere in the house. The furniture and the decoration is completely Austria style. They have nice and funny pictures everywhere. And the food is great. Just great. From the starter to the dessert. We will come back.

Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise sind alle Grandauer total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Küchenteam schafft tolle kulinarische Momente, das Zimmerteam sorgt für eine saubere und schöne Unterkunft, das Wellnessteam heizt ordentlich die Sauna und an der Bar klingt der Tag herzlich und süffig aus. Was will man mehr? Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hierher.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Gastgebern in einer herrlichen Umgebung. Toller Shuttleservice zur Bergbahn und zurück. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet und leckeres Abendessen mit sehr freundlichem Service. Toll war auch die Nachmittagsjause. Das war nicht unser letzter Besuch. Britta und Peter

Wir haben mit einer Skitourengruppe 5 Nächte im Boutiquehotel Grandau verbracht. Vom Empfang, zu den Zimmern, zum Service, zum Wellnessbereich bis zur Qualität des Essens, alles war hervorragend. Dies zusammen mit einer sehr zuvorkommenden Betreuung durch alle Angestellten hat diese Tage für uns zu einem Highlight gemacht. Wir kommen wieder!!

Tolles Hotel, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sehr freundliches Personal und eine hervorragende Küche. Wellnessbereich sehr sauber und gepflegt, es könnten ein wenig mehr Entspannungsliegen zur Verfügung stehen. Jeden Morgen und Abend Shuttletransfer zur Gondel und zurück.

Das Angebot, die Bewirtung und der Service waren einmal mehr top. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und hervorragend gekocht. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, praktisch eingerichtet und die Betten qualitativ hochstehend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns bestens erholen können.

3eme séjour dans cet hôtel en famille. L'hôtel est propre, on y mange bien, la chambre était cosy et bien située près de la piscine et du spa. Le personnel est sympa t nous apprécions le transport privé pour aller aux télécabines. Il y a une belle piscine et un bel espace sauna. Un grand plus les horaires de la piscine 7h-23h ! C'est super on peut y aller le soir après le repas !

Uns hat es in diesem Haus sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind toll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Essen ist sehr vielfältig und super lecker. Der Service und Shuttle könnte besser nicht sein. Die Wellnesseinrichtug samt Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Wir kommen wieder.
