Stäfeli was a massive success. Hotel is very very nice, staff super helpful and friendly and food just excellent. Perfect for families and you can tell they have a lot of experience and look after every detail to make sure you are comfortable. For us, an absolut must in Lech!

Nonostante torniamo quasi tutti gli anni in questo hotel, non c’è nulla che possa annoiarci, anzi! Qui tutto è curato e realizzato con passione e con grande attenzione per gli ospiti, … non ci si sente mai clienti ma ospiti. Il senso di accoglienza distingue questa struttura, questa famiglia e questo staff da tutti gli altri alberghi che ho frequentato. Se dovessi dare un consiglio a chiunque desideri dare il miglior servizio ai propri clienti, direi “passa qualche giorno a Zug e osserva Ghitti e il suo staff… imparerai tanta tecnica e soprattutto tanta passione e attenzione “ Non posso terminare la recensione senza citare: - la colazione… insuperabile, perfetta - il piatto del cuore: il pollo fritto - la piscina: un perfetto scrigno d’acciaio Il miglior hotel del mondo!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits. C'est l'un des meilleurs hôtels que nous connaissions : tout est parfait, accueil et service, décoration intérieure et extérieure, piscine et petit déjeuner à la fraicheur et à la variété exceptionnelle. Nous avions une chambre avec vue magnifique sur la montagne. Le village de Zug est ravissant. Nous étions en couple mais avons remarqué que tout était prévu pour les enfants, y compris un grand espace jeux. Merci beaucoup à la famille des propriétaires qui reçoit avec élégance et générosité !
