Beautiful location, very continent. Extremely friendly hand helpful family staff. Great for everyone. If you want to feel comfortable and cosy this is for you. The staff were extremely courteous and went the extra mile to help with any request. 10/10!

Highly recommended! New rooms/apartments, great service (hosts are very friendly and accommodating) and amazing location. We skied right to the door of the Hotel. There is a Spar grocery store around the corner and the ski lifts are 5 minutes away (walking slow in ski boots).

From the moment we arrived at the wonderful Knappaboda Appart Hotel, until the day we left, the Walch family did everything to ensure a perfect stay. This place is exceptional! Their service and attention to detail was simply outstanding - they simply went above and beyond to make sure our stay was wonderful. The design of the appartments is world class - every last detail has been thought about to deliver a dream like experience. It is a perfect concept for the best holiday. Stay in? We found out what's not to love in the Appartments, spacious, loads of room to relax, chill & cook when we felt like it, and also go out when we want (+ the supermarket is just 2 minutes away!). We found it perfect for adults & kids (they love kids!), but at the same time peaceful. In summary we found the atmosphere & decoration beautiful, relaxing & welcoming - and Gertrud & Conny are the perfect hosts. And, finally, located just next to the slopes makes it the ideal location to go out on the snow quickly and get home with total ease at the end of the day. Highly recommend to try it out!

Very nice room, underground parking, great service, wellness unit is new and very enjoyable with amenities. Family run, who want to give their best for guests. High quality kitchen equipments and furnitures, beds, fast internet. Great location somewhat away from centre so it is quite, however in 5-10 mins you can reach everything on foot. Highly recommended

We stayed at Knappaboda for a long ski weekend in Lech, which we will never forget. The aparthotel has recently been renovated with exquisite taste —all rooms and the entry hall are beautifully furnished with designer furniture and accessories. Everything is spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable. The rooms are equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials from excellent local brands. The location of Knappaboda is conveniently located meters away from nice restaurants, stores, ski rental stores, and the ski lift. You can literally leave the place with your skis on! Last but not least, family Walsch, who run the place, are incredibly sweet, helpful, accommodating, generous, and very easy to communicate with. I won’t stop recommending this place to all our friends and relatives. We will definitely come back!

We were an English family of 4 with adult children in their mid twenties and stayed for a week skiing and with one walker in the group at end of January. The appartments are very stylish and very well equipped with wonderfully comfortable beds. Everything is top quality and the housekeeping top notch. Breakfast fresh bread every morning is delicious and if you like a pizza the home delivered ones are very tasty. At night the location is incredibly quiet and you will sleep very well. The Wellness Centre is great as well as the ski room. The shop for essentials is very useful. Location wise Knappaboda is very well located for all kinds of shops, the centre of the village and buses or taxis. Everything is within 15 mins walk. If you have non skiers it is right on the walking trails to Zug. Skiers coming back from Zurs on Madloch trail can ski right to the door. The Walch family are the secret sauce. A key reason to choose Knappaboda as they represent the best of the local side of Lech and know everything and everyone. Very smiley and helpful. A key reason to come back. We have stayed half board at 5* family run hotels in Lech before Knappaboda. As a family group we realise we really value the all together feel of a holiday from renting an apartment at Knappaboda. With great choices of places to go out and eat and all easy to walk to and with quality ingredients in the appartment shop itself, or at Pfefferkorn supermarket or Spar shop eating in is easy and delicious. With the extra special dimension at Knappaboda from being part of a family run business with the family actively part of the day to day operation - mother, father, son and daughter in law with their two children.
