This is our sixth straight summer going to Burg Vital for a holiday. As always it was excellent. Food, wine, hotel, location. wellness, service all perfect. We had good weather as well so could enjoy some hiking as well as the lovely outside pool. Look forward to coming back again next year.

Very small room. Breakfast buffet is quite limited and always the same. Gastronomic diner is not 5 stars at all: quite tasteless food, strange combinations, buffet is also always the same. Great and friendly staff decimates the bad taste of above. Not a 5 star S hotel!

The restaurant. Service incredibly slow and this has been the case for 2 years running, plus staff poorly trained, pouring the wine like schnapp shots at happy hour. I don't eat meat or fish, if you're the same just give it a miss. Mininscule quantity, excessive price and uninspiring food.

When it comes to overall service, quality of the restaurants, suites and location, we can confirm without a doubt that the Burg Vital has it all. Yes it is a bit more pricy but therefore they will go the extra mile. We booked already for our skiing week - keep up the good work

We know the Hotel for many, stayed in many other top places all over Europe for skiing but the Burgvital ticks most boxes. From Service to Food quality to the quality of suites or the SPA, the combination makes it a close to unbeatable place. The salt aroma water indoor pool is fantastic, different type of sauna‘s… and the key members of the crew are coming for years which speaks for the Hotel and its owners, the family Lucian

This was our second stay at Burg Vital and we enjoyed every moment. It is conveniently located close to the slopes, has all the facilities you would want, the staff are friendly and professional, the food is great and the wine list is extensive. We enjoyed a spacious room with a lovely view and a walk-in wardrobe which was useful. My only complaint about the room is the cramped shower. The spa is very nice and the Burg Hotel offers yoga and other wellness activities. To be recommended.

Its a very familiar hotel and very cosy..........you feel very comfortable and the service is excellent. The sunterrass is the best in Oberlech and so good food. You feel the atmosphere of luxury in the alps. we are definitely coming back.

We spent a wonderful week at Burg Vital. The hotel is extremely well decorated and emanates a very warm, inviting and cozy atmosphere. The food is amazing and a lot of effort is put in to offer a different menu every evening. We really enjoyed spending some time after dinner in the beautiful lounge while listening to live piano music. The rooms are exquisite, well decorated and the beds are excellent. The service is absolutely impeccable, from the super friendly ladies at reception to the restaurant staff to the managers. Nothing was too much and I really appreciate the extra care and service given to us (special dietary requirements for our daughter, late check-out, assisting with walking gear etc.). We certainly will be back as this is truly a very special place!
