Courtyard Boone

This hotel is perfect. It’s clean, the bed is comfortable, and check-in/check-out was super easy. I would 100% stay there again and recommend it to others!

The hotel and staff is good. However, the location is very difficult to get in and out due to traffic. I paid extra for a suite with balcony, but the amount of traffic and the noise from the road made the balcony useless. Getting a room on the back of the hotel might help. the noise from the street at night continues with large trucks barreling to a stop in front of the hotel. That said, it’s a fine courtyard if you don’t have to stay in the room and work or want to enjoy having the windows and doors open.

For the hotel was very nice and clean, for the cost I believe it was a little pricey, they offered no free breakfast, there is a Starbucks in the lobby. If you want Starbucks, they do not offer coffee in the lobby, or any other amenities and my personal view there are better hotels in the area, as there is breakfast coffee, and the amenities at no cost to you when you check in the hotels nice hotel, not worth the value

This is the third time I have stayed here. The hotel is very clean and quiet and well kept. The bed is comfortable. They have more TV channels than any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They have just about every sports channel available. Can’t beat that!

Poor billing practices and extremely poor follow through on concerns. At check in, I was not informed of a significant increase (double) in my rates from when I reserved the stay. Immediately I went to talk to the front desk supervisor who was not sympathetic or helpful and kept saying that my change in group rate was supposed to have communicated to me and that it was approved by a manager in my company. It had not been approved and my manager had let me know that, after repeated communication, it had been resolved and they were going to honor originally quoted rates. 10+ attempts to resolve have been made, including leaving messages with GM, billing manager, supervisor on site, calling main Marriott number, opening up two cases (because one was closed without any contact). They continue to say that this rate was approved by my manager. I can't believe that it would be okay to quote someone one price and charge them double without informing them ahead of time. This happened to several other people in my group, some have had their rates reduced (but not back to original rates) and some are still waiting.... I also requested room service via the app (less frequent then what I was told at check in) and it was not performed that day--had to request again for the next day. Only requested once for week stay. The lobby does offer nice seating options and the outdoor seating area out back is spacious. The food is very expensive for the area-as there are many, many alternate options close by with more reasonable rates. The rooms were a good size, as was the bathroom. It would be nice to have more hooks to hang towels. Sadly I will never stay in another Marriott property in the Boone area due to the poor customer service and the GM manages multiple hotels.

Unprofessional - Made a refundable reservation (NOT a Prepaid rez) and they immediately charged my CC for full. A short time later, within weeks decided not to go and cancelled the reservation on the bonvoy app. It's 5 weeks later and this hotel still has not refunded my card. I called and was told I would get a response back from mgt that day. I did not get a call back from mgt. I had to call Marriott Corporate office to get help. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nice central location. Clean, large and comfortable rooms. Only drawback is the hotel is close to busy street so you may want to ask for a room facing back side. Parking seemed a little limited if the property was full.

What a great find! the minute I walked in the front door the air.. I heard Marriott pumps something through their vents through out the hotel.. very fresh. Can't say enough about this hotel everything was more then I expected.

This courtyard hotel is a bit nicer then the standard courtyards. The lobby is clean and new with lots of nice sitting spots. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony (gold elite). The staff was very helpful, our room seemed newer as well. Good location near ASU and lots of stores and restaurants within a short drive.
