We stayed for one night. Room was clean and bed comfortable, good shower. Very quiet. Would have given 5 stars but the breakfast wasn’t good. I must mention the man on reception, Didier. He was friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The Pinot Noir was perfect! Thank you!

Friendly, misleading and unreliable. We arrived on a Sunday evening at the airport with a family of there after a 12h flight from California. We were planning to get a shuttle to the hotel (as advertised on the official website) and a dinner at the hotel's restaurant (I purchased 3 dinners during the booking). In reality there is NO shuttle and NO dinner available. They are apparently understaffed and they can't provide this service. The room itself is fine for a budget hotel. The person at the reception was friendly but couldn't really help us. She apologized for the confusion but we had to go to another hotel and ended up paying 2x. Very disappointing.

We arrived late one night. The staff were welcoming and hospitable. There wasn’t any parking which they apologised for and found a solution. We booked last minute so hadn’t looked on detail. They don’t have family rooms here so give you two separate rooms for a family of four. Ours were across the hall from each other, which was fine for one night but not for a longer stay. Rooms have been modernised in decor and have what you need. Breakfast was quite basic but again there was everything you need. Breakfast is from 4-10am so ideal for commuters.

Simple but clean rooms. Ideal for a stopover. Free parking for one night. Breakfast is basic but perfectly fine. Very good rates when booking directly from the hotel website. Polite staff. Overall very satisfied.

Nice hotel, easy to find the location and easy to find a parking space. Friendly staff, smooth check-in. Breakfast is good and rooms are clean and comfortable. For me, it was just a stopover on my way to Switzerland, but I was happy to have selected this hotel.

The hotel is only a few minutes by car from Mulhouse airport and is therefore ideally located. It was very clean and quiet, the rooms were very simple but stylish and perfectly adequate for our needs. The staff hardly spoke any English, but it was OK. We wanted to eat in the adjoining restaurant in the evening, but only a few tables were occupied. Unfortunately, the waitress was completely overwhelmed. We sat there for about three quarters of an hour without them even remotely acknowledging us. We left the restaurant and went into town. Google promised two fast food restaurants that we could reach on foot. It wasn't so bad to eat there.

When we arrived around 11 p.m., a rather aggressive young woman greeted us and informed us that if we needed a taxi the next day, we must book it now. However, the next day, before we sat down for breakfast, a man and a woman were at reception, both smiling and calm. The man told us that the hotel has a free shuttle to the airport..... Our easyJet flight to Nice having been postponed then finally canceled around 10 p.m., we had to find accommodation for 4 late in the evening and at the last minute... 😕 After contact by telephone, the hotel manager (Mr Flock) was very well received and was most accommodating, including regarding room pricing & billing and the shuttle service. So, we will undoubtedly return there because, moreover, the room was perfect, the bed super comfortable and the breakfast very varied and appetizing despite the early morning schedule. Thanks to the staff and to Mr Flock in particular 😊
