While the parking lot had lots of potholes (thus the 4 smiling faces), the room was very nice and was clean.
I was very happy with the room.
The reason I only gave 4 for service was the guy at the front desk was not very welcoming and pleasant, but did a good job.

Property itself was average. Staff was friendly. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport. Did offer free airport shuttle, however the shuttle filled up quickly and we were not able to get the time slot we needed/wanted. Overall average hotel.

Very dirty room, dust and pet hair everywhere they never vacuum the carpet, the dryer never work definitely I won’t be stay there never again

The location of the hotel was convenient for my trip to Minneapolis. It is close to many food options and provides easy on/off for the areas freeways.

We had a great experience. Our only suggestion is to address the room door card access. We had to get our cards re-magnetized twice as we could not access our room after returning to the hotel. We were careful not to store our cards with our phones but still had issues.

Staff were rude, untrained, and novice! I felt like the staff have taken me hostage! I asked for water at the reception desk, but they wouldn't let me take it to the room unless I paid $2. I left the water there because my wallet was in my room at floor 7, and they wanted me to grab my wallet first to pay, then I could take the water! Crazy! This rude behavior never happened to me in a hotel during my whole trip inside and outside the US. I'll never stay at that hotel again! Make sure you read the review before you pick a hotel! That's what I forgot to do this time!

They offer shuttle service from and to the Airport and Mall,but you will probably be better taking a UBER. They picked us up at the airport after waiting 30 minutes and that was the last time we were able to use the shuttle.

got in late, close to 9pm. Was assigned a room, walked into the room and it was messy and as if someone was either in the room or had just left. Reeked of cigarette smoke. Go back down to front desk, assign us the room across the hallway. It was a downgrade to 2 double beds but whatever, we just want to fall asleep. We get settled and are passed out and receive a knocking at the door at MIDNIGHT by one of the hotel workers with a clipboard taking notes down on the dirty room we were first assigned. Really? At midnight? Couldn’t you at least call the room? We thought it was extremely odd they knocked so late and about that issue.
Breakfast was gross, messy and dirty counter spaces every where.
