Very friendly reception people as helped us find another hotel where friend staying. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Waitress was excellent as she was the only waitress and the restaurant was full!

I was awoken at 8am by housekeeping vacuuming for 15 minutes outside my door. Every other hotel I've ever stayed in housekeeping is done between checkout time and check in time so as not to disturb guests. I found this highly off-putting.

You pay all the money to stay there and have to pay for everything parking breakfast the hotel is nice but paying the price to stay there and exyra fees and othera is ridiculous

Good overall place to stay, that was close to the airport. But wish they would have told us ahead of time it cost money to park overnight. It should be included in the nightly fee.

We stayed here one night before flying out of MSP airport. Very nice hotel. Early shuttle available. Would definitely stay here again. They have a park and fly option.

Towels shredded on the bottom and thin. When arrived a HK employee and cart pushed ahead of all guests waiting for elevator to get on them blocked guests from dusk we all had to wait

******* site noted 24/7 shuttle service; however, when I called to confirm 24/7, the automated system said shuttle service starts at 5am. So I scheduled an Uber. When I checked in, they confirmed 24/7 shuttles. Thankfully I was able to cancel the Uber.

Parking is not very good. Full lot and if you are flying out of Minneapolis, the charge for parking it at hotel is $40 /night. Breakfast isn’t included. Otherwise, beautiful, quiet and comfortable beds. Also have to give far too much info for using WiFi.
